Do not buy!!! I am not a bot like some of these reviews and should have trusted my instincts. I have real LV and Chanel and thought would save money and give a go. These are very bad fakes not real leather the hardware feels and looks like cheap dollar store gold the photos they use are from the real luxury sites run them through photo search and you will see. Don’t fall for it. Again bots do don’t say they are not, when you email for refund too they will try to offer you a discount. Stay away!!

Item was super low quality. NOTHING like the description or picture on their site. I received a cheap plastic faux leather handbag with awful hardware that was folded in a cheap plastic bag. No box or dust bag as shown on their ads

Don't waste your money. Delivery took months, and all the reviews on their website are positive. The bag is not genuine leather and is not worth the price for a disposable PU bag that smells like fish. The bag came in a plastic bag, folded! Not in a box like they show. NOT REAL LEATHER, SMELLY. Be aware.

I ordered a bag and i spent almost AU 300 but it’s almost a month now and didn’t reciev it at all. I sent them an email and they replied to me right away, saying that they will refund me, but it never happened, they’ve been sending me an email, saying that, it’s good news, your parcel is coming in such date but its alreaydy more than a month now, they just keep a big scam,never again order from then, so be careful to those who are planning to biy on there products, they will just take your money and you will never recieve it.

I have recently purchased 2 LV bags and I have been extremely happy with the process and product.
The communication and constant shipping updates was really good. I was fully aware of the product I was buying but I can definitely say so far the two I have purchased have been excellent.

Stay away from the company peeps.
I’ve just received a stinking, cheap piece of crap. It doesn’t even deserve one star but you can’t select zero. Everything was crap from communication to delivery time to the actual product. It’s going in the bin and I’ve demanded a refund

I have to admit I was skeptical at first. I emailed them whenever I had a question as to where my order was and they always responded. I got my order, 2 weeks after promised, but understand it takes longer to get through customs.
I LOOOVE my bag and now I am obsessed about which one I am going to purchase next.

I ordered a bag from this company. They don’t even have my correct address and it’s impossible to speak with someone and I get no response from emails I’ve sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I’ve been scammed.

I bought a watch for 500€. I received it after two month and it’s not working. Costumer service refuses to refund the money and only tries to sell different watches instead. 500€ for nothing! Definitely fraud!

Very professional. I had an issue with a bag and as refund I could choose another one same price for free. I had to pay the shipping fee and the bag arrived.

Bought a Louis Vuitton bag and the print was crooked. Very obvious. Asked to return for refund but offered 40% discount or pay another $80 US postage for another ‘free’ bag of my choice. I refused saying I wanted a refund, but they said customs would take it so I would not get a refund. PayPal sided with them. If you don’t mind obvious fake then they are ok.

Cheap pleather bags that look fake. Way too expensive for the money. Return shipping must be paid by customer so getting a refund is no easy matter.

I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. The quality was poor and it actually looked cheap. I immediately contacted the company, but was only refunded a small portion of my money. I only made the purchase because the company claimed, ***Buy safe knowing that all purchases come with a 30-day return/exchange policy.

I’ve already bought two backpacks from IntegrityBags! One for my son last year and just recently another one for my nephew. Both bags are really well-made with great quality. The craftsmanship is solid, the size matches the description perfectly, and there’s plenty of space. The colors look great and they both mentioned how comfortable the straps are. Considering the durability, I think the price is very fair too!

This is my second time shopping with IntegrityBags and they never disappoint. The shipping was smooth and the bag looks amazing. I get compliments every time I use it!

I got this Rolex from this company as a gift for my husband and he couldn’t be happier. Shipping was fast, the band feels really solid, and the weight is exactly like the original. He wears it all the time and it looks amazing.

Absolute rubbish! I bought two bags. Both of them were nothing like the pictures. When I asked for a replacement all they offered was a discount on another purchase regardless of how much I pushed. Service was terrible, quality was terrible. I will never purchase from them again and strongly suggest against anyone using their business.
I’ve since purchased from uncle ma’s trade and they are next level! I am not affiliated with them at all. Just an Aussie wanting quality products who has been ripped off and wanting to prevent it happening to other people.

I placed an order in July with an expected delivery two weeks later. After multiple follow-ups and growing concern about whether this was a scam, the product arrived nearly a month late.

Upon opening the package, I found the bag was defective and of poor quality. I promptly sent photo evidence to the seller. In response, I was offered $20, then 20% off, which is unacceptable for a faulty item. There is still no resolution, please be aware of this company. Their website says "MONEY BACK. Guarantee a good shopping experience, free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Please feel free to buy." Do not believe it, it is not true.

I ordered a soft speedy 30 black Louis Vuitton bag with the description of:
Soft supple, leather, and the interior to be of calfskin supple leather. My plastic bag with cloth interior arrived today in a paper bag with Louis Vuitton stamped on the bag, and that bag shoved in a plastic bag you would get something from Temu in. The interior zipper of this plastic bag came broken.
I contacted the customer service number listed at the bottom of my invoice. I was told I would need to contact the service department by email. This is all happened today and I have sent my email and we’ll see what happens. I would like to return this bag and get the one I ordered. I have four other bags ordered from this company integrity and if they come even half as bad as this bag I’m sending them all back. I will change my review once I hear back from their customer service if they are not willing to refund my money and take this bag back I will put them on blast on TikTok. I will keep you posted at the very least they need to send me or exchange this bag for the one I paid for
