I simply have to leave a review which would be 5 stars plus if I could!
I called Jeff this morning and by the end of the day he and his team had given me such helpful advice and even drafted a letter despite my claim falling below their minimum.
Its so refreshing to experience such an altruistic business model.
If they apply themselves this well to unpaid advice I can only imagine how far they would go on behalf of a client with a more significant claim.
Jeff the owner is quite a character too which made the experience all the more enjoyable and memorable.

So delighted with Jeff and Jeremy. We had a major subsidence claim of which our loss adjusters were treating us abysmally. They offered us a sum we thought very derisory.
