Ryan was always available, pragmatic, straight and helped a great deal, especially as my elderly parents were unable to fully comprehend the significance of their ordeal. He dealt with everything with the minimum of fuss and provided the best builders and surveyors I have ever met. the relationship between them al was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. I wholly recommend Ryan and Morgan Clark.

Following a major house fire Morgan Clark provided an amazing level of service, from dealing with and negotiating with the insurers, appointing a professional chartered surveyor who drew up a schedule of works, to selecting and managing a building contractor for the rebuild, and providing exceptional support throughout the project. Despite the trauma of a major fire the whole process was stress free thanks to Morgan Clark and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

At first when dealing with a company like Morgan Clark, we were under the impression that we didn’t need them however after the hurdles that they jump through to get us our claim and the amount that we ended up receiving it was 100% the correct decision to go with Morgan Clark

Having been notified of a horrendous house fire in one of our rental properties, whilst out of the country on holiday, we felt helpless and unsure what to do.

From the beginning, their approach was structured, measured and professional. The team were thorough in their assessment of the damage, clear in their documentation, and consistent in their follow-up throughout what became a prolonged and challenging process. All staff we dealt with were professional and diligent in their roles.
Martin represented us from start to finish. He provided a balanced and realistic view at every stage, clearly explaining what was happening, what could reasonably be expected, and the likely timescales involved. Where progress stalled, he followed up methodically. Where positions shifted, he explained the implications calmly and factually. We always felt properly informed rather than reassured with false certainty.
