I've been using innosupps for fifteen…
I've been using innosupps for fifteen years now. The exchange rate makes them expensive to Australia. But I find them a high quality and they definitely work. I'm now fifty seven put training like I'm thirty two. I reckon innosupps has alot to do with this with keeping me focused, motivated and good recovery. Over the years if I do need any advice or adjust an order the customer service is always prompt and nothing is to much trouble another reason why I keep on going back.

UK here I’ve been using inno for years now still stand by it there isn’t that much brands out there let alone in the uk that can compete I was a bit upset that they changed some of there big stacks as that’s what really made sense for me I Decided just to give my feedback on the changes 2 emails later same day I was sent a link for my stack that I used to get wonderful customer services if your thinking of trying inno out I suggest you see that decision through ! 🫡

Amazing customer service

I’ve been taking innosupps for a few years now. Anytime I’ve had an issue, customer support has been able to solve the problem immediately. Not only is customer service excellent, but the supplements are as well. I’ve tried several of their products with the recent ones focusing on gut health. I had a baby 5 months ago and the gut protect has been my go to for getting my gut health regulated.

Just had to email someone back and forth a few times as I was trying to make a new subscription purchase for myself and my husband. I’ve used Inno Supps for quite a while…
I’ve used Inno Supps for quite a while now. Test boosters apex and the original, glop-1 stack and night shreds.
The night shred I only take 1 pill as it makes me have to pee way too much in the middle of night if I do 2-3 , and gives me some very vivid dreams. 1 knocks me out pretty good for 8 hour and only visit bathroom once if any.
The GLP-1 stack help me break a plateau after dropping 15 pounds by eating better and lost another 15 pounds in a couple months . Got off it in the offseason and gained about 8-10 pounds back which was fine because I do feel a solid amount was muscle.
Wife used the Inno Drive for a bit and it definitely boosted her Sex drive 🤪
Honestly I’ve never had any issues with this companies cancellation on subscriptions , very easy to do.
They used to give a lot of samples now not so much . Do miss the free throw ins.

Their checkout process is a SCAM!
I’m extremely disappointed on this company. I have bought products in the past but their checkout process is getting extremely difficult and tricky.
I chose one of their stacks, added it to the cart and when processed the transaction (after declining ALL the “offers” they throw at you) an extra stack was added to my purchase, so they took doubled the amount I intended to pay. Within 20 seconds, I contacted them and told them they added an extra stack to my order but I only needed one (being a product I’ve never taken and not sure how I will react to it). Their response was simple; “sorry but your order was already shipped”…really?! Within 20 seconds?? Sure! So no refund, no cancellation or nothing, everything within a minute. Normally products from this company take about two weeks to arrive, so “it was processed and shipped within 20 seconds” was a terrible excuse. My $199 purchase turned into a $400 against my will.
Never again with InnSupps. NEVER!!

In this case, by the time you reached out to remove the additional item, your order had already been processed and was in fulfillment, so it could no longer be modified.
To clarify, the special offer is presented after the initial checkout as an optional add-on. It is never mandatory or automatically included without acceptance.
That said, there are still options once your order is delivered. Once your order arrives, our support team can help with return options so you can return the additional item. Just reach out with your order details and we'll take care of you.

Terrible weight loss supplements
Terrible weight loss supplements. Don’t take these unless you want to see no progress and bloating and want to mess up your hormones. I was taking HALF of the recommended amount for the fat burner and it caused me to start spotting blood a few weeks later. My boyfriend was also experiencing bloating and headaches from the enormous amount of caffeine in them. These are absolute garbage.

Total scam and the company lies
The product didn’t work, and when I tried to get a refund under their 30‑day guarantee, they refused to honor it. They claimed that if I returned more than one opened bottle, they’d only refund one—despite their guarantee clearly stating that you can return an entire 3‑pack or 6‑pack of opened or unopened bottles for a full refund.
I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, but the company fought the dispute—so now I’m out $130 for a product that didn’t perform and a company that won’t stand by its own policy. I went back and forth over email, but they kept insisting their version of the guarantee was correct when the wording says otherwise. Don’t fall for it like I did
