If you are international , DON’T BUY. Inno Supps did not pay the customs so it cost me an extra 20 euros. Then I returned the products and they were not helpful at all to determine the right customs to fill in. All in all, lost 60 euros to customs and shipping for a non peptide product. Just order peptides online instead

Great product and customer service. I had an issue with the address for my subscription since I moved recently. I was able to reach out via chat and they were able to update the address before the order shipped. They were very fast and helpful.

Fantastic customer service!! Thank you. I had a glitch on the web when ordering my supplements (which are awesome btw) and I landed up ordering and subscribing twice. I emailed Inno shops and highlighted my issue. They came back to me immediately and helped me reverse the second order, processed the refund and emailed me back a second time to make sure all went smoothly!! I am so grateful. It was an expensive order, a the double up would have hurt me, but they were so kind and helpful AND SO QUICK! Thank you ☺️

Im not sure why this product has 4 stars that's absolutely in correct. I been using these pills for 3 months. I was fat 203 im down 12 pounds. Ain't no way you still fat on these. I have to make myself eat they keep you feeling full. Look you can read the bot talk or you can listen to a fat happy story! Buy the pills period. I will never everrrr come off these pills. Highly recommend is for average results. These are gold! Overly recommended these if your boobs dropped if your butt walks 3 minutes behind you. Thank me later

Very impressed with the speedy of delivery and repose from their customer service team. Usually when buying a product online, it takes weeks if not months until the product is delivered. I got my order in less than a week. I also had to submit a ticket or a missing item and I received a resolution within two hours. Amazing!
I ordered the Gut Pack and after two days I already feel less bloated. Looking forward to seeing the long term results.

Fake customer service
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I initially purchased a product without realizing it automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. As soon as I noticed, I contacted customer service to cancel it. I was told it was taken care of, but instead of canceling, they only paused the subscription without my knowledge.
Four months later, I was unexpectedly charged $67 and another product was shipped—without any prior notice. To make matters worse, the package was sent to an old address where I no longer live.
I’ve reached out multiple times to request a refund and have spoken with three different customer service representatives. Despite having all the documentation and conversations saved, my refund request has still not been resolved.
This feels very misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious—what they call a “cancellation” may not actually cancel anything, and getting support or a refund has been extremely difficult.

When a subscription is created, a confirmation email is sent outlining the details of the recurring order. Our records show the subscription was actively managed through the account, including skipped months, prior to the most recent renewal.
We also see that the request received at the time was to modify the original order, and we did not receive a cancellation request for the subscription.
Orders are shipped to the address listed on the account at the time of processing. It’s important that shipping details are kept up to date prior to renewal, as orders are processed based on the information in the account at that time.
We do see that the package was already returned and that a refund has already been issued. If anything further needs review, our support team is always happy to take another look.

I ordered some of these supplements. While the benefits seemed too good to true I purchased because of the 30 day money back guarantee. As expected the supplements did nothing at all. When I applied for my money back I was told I needed to send the empty bottles back to the USA which will cost almost as much as the refund will be. Be warned that if you are outside the USA the guarantee is practically worthless. Total scam!
