My first time ordering from this company, I only intended to by a 30-day supply of the Inno Shred and Night Shred combo which also included a free gift. Once I had gotten through the checkout, I realized I had accidentally selected some other promo offer with two separate confirmation emails for 3 months worth of all this different stuff!
I was so overwhelmed frantically clicked to contact support. I got a reply within minutes immediately addressing my concern and their willingness to cancel the extra order before it was packed.
The cancellation confirmation email came, and the money was back in my account by midnight!
None of the hassle or unnecessary stress that I was so worried about at first. I was so relieved and impressed with the communication! Great company!
Now I just can't wait to receive my order!

Just started with Inno Supps. To start, excellent experience with ordering and delivery. Great support and quick responses from their support team as I had questions about my order and then great support from their coaches as I started taking my supps. I am doing the GLP-1 stack and the inno fast which came as a mystery gift and the CLA1000 which also came free with my order. The first night taking the night Shred GLP-1, I had the best sleep ever and my sleep stats on my Garmin were excellent, lots of deep sleep and very good REM. I usually struggle to get much deep and REM.

I made an order . They offered 2 for 1 after I gave my credit card info.
They charged me for 2 orders instead of 1.
They didn't answer phone, text or email
Advertising 159 per package and charging 210 per package as well
Now they want me to return one that i didn't want after I'm forced to pay duty taxes and fees on it

I contacted InnoSupps immediately after receiving my order confirmation to cancel an order that was processed in error. My request was ignored. Hours later I received a shipping notification, showing they proceeded with shipment despite being notified in time.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been a loyal customer and recently placed a fairly large order — yet this loyalty clearly counts for nothing. Instead of offering any reasonable solution, I was told they “have a policy to follow,” which they appear to hide behind rather than taking responsibility or exercising basic customer care.

The original order confirmation stated that orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This would have provided more than enough time to action my cancellation request. Despite this, my request was still ignored and the order was shipped anyway.

They now refuse to issue a refund unless I return the products at my own cost. As an international customer, return shipping costs more than the product itself, which is completely unreasonable.

This situation could have been easily avoided with proper communication and basic customer service. Instead, I am being financially penalised for their failure to act on a timely cancellation request.

I will not be supporting this company again and would strongly caution others to be very careful when ordering.

Misleading upselling tactic was used at checkout, similar to other complaints I've seen. When ordering 3 bottles, i was then offered 6 bottles for a cheaper per bottle price, so i accepted the offer. Then was immediately checked out and thanked for my purchase of 9 bottles! This wasn't made clear and was at best misleading at worst just plain deceptive. I've used NightShred before and it was quite effective most of the time, although sometimes it didn't work but still i thought it worth another try as insomnia isn't easing up. I decided not to cancel the order but then got an email with another charge for customs duty for almost £150 (I'm in England). These costs weren't levied by Innosupps but other companys give customers a clear indication at the point of payment what shipping costs etc will be, but this company didn't do that, which was disappointing.

As I said, the Night shredd product was mostly effective but due to the bad experience, I most likely won't order from this company again and as such wouldn't reommend.

Products are great and the customer service is amazing and quick to respond. Val was wonderful and took care of my request quickly. One of the best companies to deal with!

I had been using Innosupps' supplements for quite a while, as a matter of fact I was running low and was trying to re-order some more. I was shocked at the price increase so I didn't order.

I also noticed the supplements were much higher priced on Amazon, which I think to be odd. Then I received a message offering a discount for me to go back and get that bottle left in my cart. So I went back and thought ok, awesome, I'll get it at a fair price after all. Then before you know it I end up purchasing 3 bottles, but at a good price, so no issue, until I somehow hit the order submit button and looked at the dollar amount. They tacked on my original bottle at full price plus the 3 bottles at a discounted price.

At first I thought oh my bad as I should have made sure the only thing in my cart was the 3 bottle order, but with the price so high I decided to try to correct this. The only way to get a hold of someone there is through chat or email. I sent the email and got on their customer service chat. I tried to get this order corrected and they said, oh no this is correct and they aren't going to change it other than an offer to cancel my order completely.

On principle I asked them to cancel my order entirely.

I should have been more careful as previously I had noticed when purchasing a bottle of their supplements and looking at the price, it goes up just before you hit the submit button.

These practices ought to tell us all something, they believe more in their marketing trickery than they do in the substance and efficacy of their products.

InnoSupps is a great company with a high quality product. I am currently using the GLP-1 booster from them. Cindy with customer support has been great to deal with and her response time has been above and beyond acceptable.

The support team at Inno Supps was professional, prompt (responded and excuted the ask all within 24-hours), understanding, and accountable to the client (I felt they took ownership of the mishap instead of directing blame or responsibility to the customer). One of my most positive experiences with a customer service team, and this only solidifies my desire to keep shopping with them.

Great products with natural sources that work as they should!!

Horrible service. They send us many products that were not ordered, and we have to return them and pay for the return shipping and customs fees. Even after several emails, there has been no cooperation on their part. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst experience of my life with a supplement company.

I have been a loyal InnoSupps customer for years now and have never been disappointed by any of the products I’ve tried.
However, my reason for writing this review today is to praise the customer service team for their quick and efficient help with any issues that may arise.

Great customer service and quick response when I made a purchase error, they fixed it before order was fulfilled.

It was the timely response and the fact that my refund was applied instantly after I contacted them about the recurring payments I had no idea I signed up for. This was over all very good customer service.
