Best Customer Service

Unnecessary ID Verification
Was buying from them on and off for years. When I used the products and applied myself at the gym, I did notice considerable fat loss and definitely felt more energized consistently.
I went again recently to purchase another round of one of their stacks and my money was taken before the order wss confirmed. I was then deferred to their third party fraud service to confirm my identity via email. I clicked the link and confirmed it was me. They then sent a follow up email requesting my ID card.
I'm just utterly shocked that I am being expected to supply an ID card for purchasing supplements online to some random 3rd party. I'm supposed to trust them with my sensitive information, with Zero accountability if they get breached. Ridiculous. And support services arent even empowered to offer an alternative means of verifying myself. We're just ordering supplements, not guns, not alcohol, or anything that legitimately needs an ID. Put the fries in the bag bro, so dissapointed.
Now I get to wait 5-7 business days to get a refund on an order that never went through. If youre going to require verification, at least do it before taking my money. Sheesh

I’m an existing customer for past 2 years. I recently placed an order, payment was successful, I didn’t receive order confirmation so I contact support chasing them to get an update eventually get told my order was refused, no reason given and still not received my money back! Such a joke! Never dealt with such a clown company before. Don’t even bother ordering from their site. I’ve contacted their chat support and email but no one can provide any explanation or help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service – Issue Resolved in Under 10 Minutes
I recently encountered an issue with a subscription order that was processed after I had gone into my account and requested that upcoming shipments be skipped. As a long-time customer, I was understandably frustrated and concerned that I would have to spend significant time getting the matter corrected.
Fortunately, I was assisted by Jannie, who provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
Jannie responded almost immediately, took the time to review my account, identified the source of the issue, consolidated my subscriptions to prevent future confusion, and initiated the cancellation and refund process. Most impressively, the entire situation was addressed and resolved in less than 10 minutes from my initial contact.
What could have been a lengthy and frustrating experience became a seamless one because of Jannie's professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to take ownership of the problem. She kept me informed throughout the process and provided a solution quickly and efficiently.
Great products are important, but exceptional customer service is what creates customer loyalty. Jannie's outstanding support turned a negative experience into a positive one and reinforced why I continue to do business with this company.

I appreciate the Inno Supps team greatly. I love their products, but unfortunately couldn’t afford it for my subscription and didn’t get my subscription paused in time before it sent. I immediately reached out to their customer support and was very happy with their quick responses and understanding. Personally, it made more sense to pay the shipping to send it back at this moment which they communicated with me very well about.
