Tricky to find the right search key - several attempts had to be made to get a result other than "couldn't find any record of the property".

Yes, each search incurs a seperate fee from the relevent authority such as the state titles office or the corporate regulator (ASIC) for the ability to access their records and provide the details found for the search placed by each customer.

I initially had an issue with my order, as the ASIC company extract I received was not accepted for my intended NSW government service purpose.
However, I was very pleased with how promptly InfoTrackGO responded once I raised the matter. They took the concern seriously and provided a refund without unnecessary delay.
I appreciate their professional approach and willingness to resolve the issue. While I would still suggest making the intended use and acceptance of different extract types clearer for customers, I am happy to acknowledge the prompt action and positive resolution.

Each search result comes from the relative state title authority, for NSW searches the search results come from the NSW LRS and the details listed on the title are the official record of the title of each property.

hard to use it
it is no issue to open at web site. but it is very hard to use it. keep pop out and didn't let me back to edit it. I re-enter my address still say useless information.
and also the customer servicer is less use as well!
