I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from IndoorsOutdoors. They replied to me promptly and helpfully with my queries and when I needed to return half of my order as I had ordered too much, they accepted it back and sent me a refund on the first working day after receipt of the returned product. Such great service which is so rare in this day and age. Highly recommend this company for its rare and efficient service. Many thanks!

Excellent steel planters that are super quality and super cheap.
Delivery was very quick and the quality was such that I’ve repurposed one of their circular steel planters as the base for a coffee table. When I sent Indoor Outdoors a picture I received a very nice reply and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, I AM CURRENTLY TAKING COURT ACTIONS AGAINST THEM.

They have sold me a not fit for purpose item and also not safe to use ,this was all within 13 days of receiving the item, they have stamped the product as CE approved and it is clearly not safe.they have lied through there teeth over and over again to not refund me in full

Hi I recently built a very large Pergola to replace my old one of 15 years in my garden. I wanted to make it easier for me to construct my new pergola and when I saw Indoor Outdoors website and their products I was delighted. I ordered 4" base Brackets, T-Pieces Corner and L-Brackets. I also ordered their Wood screws and masonry bolts. Everything arrived on time and when I opened the boxes I couldn't believe how beautifully packaged they were. No damage to anything and when I had to order more L-Brackets and wood screws they arrived promptly. The service and help I received from beginning to end was Sublime. Im 100% delighted . 😃

Ordered a set of shelving for the garage. It arrived with two legs bent at the ends & scratches (apparently damaged in transit) and with one of the shelves not having the necessary fixing holes. Also, there was not any assembly instructions, but using the website image for reference construction was fairly straightforward. I was advised to bend the legs back into shape and a new shelf was sent with the correct holes. On both occasions, the carriers, APC, delivered a few days after the originally quoted dates, APC's parcel tracking system did not work and they did not respond to emails. However, after persevering the shelving does suit my requirements. Seeing the 5-star reviews, maybe I was just unlucky.

Excellent product, and exactly what I was looking for: a 900mm x 200mm British steel tree ring/planter.
Delivery was very prompt and at the time quoted.
Tip no. 3 on their blog explains how to achieve a super-quick rust surface without having to wait months to see the results, and it worked spectacularly………overnight!
And, the icing on the cake - it’s manufactured in Blighty.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, absolutely thrilled with the quality of the product, especially as it was a fairly large and heavy item. Incredibly well constructed, made from thick British steel which will probably last long before I'm gone. Free postage too, what more could I ask?

I spent a fair few hours per day for a few weeks googling for the perfect planter that I'd had in my mind's eye & miraculously found exactly what I was looking for with this company. I bit the bullet & crossed my fingers that it would live up to my expectations... it exceeded them with flying colours!

I followed the instructions to age/rust it within 24/48 hours and it looks stunning! 500ml 3% hydrogen peroxide, 500ml white vinegar, quarter a cup of salt, shake, and spray all over. I applied the concoction late evening and in the morning, woah! Beautiful!

Chuffed to bits and intend to order several more over the coming months.

The website informed me that some of their products are made to order but I received the steel planter within 3 or 4 days.

Had a few teething problems but they sorted it out swiftly and quickly. Can't fault the customer service and would use again due to the service I received.

Good products let down by an appalling courier service (APC overnight). Ordered sleeper brackets, paid £4.95 for 2-3 day shipping as need urgently. Order placed on the 26th May. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th May. Tracking said out for delivery but never got delivered so I had to rebook it for the 31st May, again not delivered. I was then assured it would be delivered on Saturday, but, despite phoning and e-mailing courier (never answer phone) it was not delivered. It was finally let outside our property on the 4/6, still no explanation or apology from the courier.

Found this company online and ordered an under counter 15cm wide wine rack.
Order was placed Tues eve approx 9pm and was delivered Thursday AM.
Product is of very good quality and reasonably priced, service and communication was superb.
Very impressed with both the product and the company and would definitely order from them again

I've used this company twice recently and the quality and price of the sleeper brackets purchased are excellent. Both times, delivery was on the specified day. Highly recommended.

A genius design, perfect for the boards around my allotment beds, 3 stakes come in a flat sheet that you can break-out and shape as you wish. Great idea. And delivered prpomptly.

Great outdoor BBQ/Firepit - which I keep in my camper, Had a small issue which Indoor-Outdoors solved straight away - great customer service as well as great products.

Ordered some stainless steel sleeper brackets from indoor outdoors, for two substantial raised beds I am building. The quality of the brackets were absolutely amazing and although I had ordered them on a normal standard delivery they arrived in three days free delivery I am really impressed. I have since had a slight problem with some screws on a different order but again I cannot recommend them higher there customer service was way above what I expected, rectifying the small fault immediately free of charge. I would thoroughly recommend Indoor Outdoors parts and service well deserving the 5 star rating.
