NOT A UK COMPANY - POOR QUALITY PRINT

This company misleads people into thinking its a UK business. It's located in Poland. Then, thanks to all the Brexit voters, after you've purchased your product you will receive a demand from the courier (eg FedEx) for 25% of the cost of your purchase. As though this isn't bad enough, the print on the murals I ordered was SO low-resolution it looked as though it had been crayoned by a child using a colour palette that didn't come close to resembling what I ordered. Overall this was a very expensive mistake!

Nice product but packing and shipping needs improvement

I think what they do is very nice but they need to improve their packaging and shipping, as my divider got so damaged during transit I had to ask for a refund. I'm giving them a good score because their customer service team was very good at responding quickly and sorting out the process for me without hassle.

Bimago room dividers

Ordered 5 panel room divider for my tiny house. Wanted a big bold artsy print. Was not disappointed. Beautiful quality print and excellent quality to divide my room from my teenagers when they need a break from my fabulous self, they can now look at fabulous art.
Had absolutely no issue with delivery whatsoever and the item arrived with no damage to packaging by fed ex.

BEWARE

BEWARE! Huge import duties for delivery in the UK from a .CO.UK website as the products are made and shipped from Europe. Not clear on ordering but hidden in the small print in the help section to cover their back, very misleading! I would not recommend!

Run away from this company/website

Run away from this company/website, it misleads you into thinking it’s a genuine UK online shop but they are based in Poland, quality of print isn’t good and you end up with a substantial extra charges for postage which is around 30% extra of your initial cost.
Will never buy here again

I purchased a world map canvas…

I purchased a world map canvas displaying countries as their flags, and it looks stunning. However, my 10-year-old son, for whom the artwork was intended, pointed out that some flags are misplaced. Additionally, the piece is divided into three sections, with one noticeably smaller than the other two.

Got a canvas of the world map with the countries done as the flags, looks beautiful only my 10year old son who the canvas was for noticed that some flags were in the wrong places plus the canvas was done as 3 pieces and one of the canvases was smaller than the other 2 which is very noticeable

I have had a terrible experience with this company

I have had a terrible experience with this seller. My order was split into two separate shipments without any notice and the full value of the goods was declared on just one box. This resulted in all of the import tax being charged up front — £55.35 — covering the entire order. The second item has still not been delivered and is currently stuck with UPS, yet the seller is insisting I pay import fees again.

When I contacted the seller to explain that I had already paid the full import tax and that the mistake was on their side, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. They refused to take responsibility for the shipping error or assist in contacting UPS, and they have not offered a proper refund or resolution. Their lack of customer service has been incredibly disappointing.

I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller. I am now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge and recover my money due to their poor handling of the situation.

Since the UK left the EU, all goods entering the UK from the EU are treated as imports from a third country. This means:

Customs declarations are required for every parcel, and import VAT (currently 20%) plus any applicable customs duties are calculated based on the declared value of each shipment.
Couriers such as UPS act as customs brokers and pay these charges upfront to HMRC, then invoice the recipient. They also apply handling or disbursement fees for this service.
If an order is split into multiple parcels, each parcel is treated as a separate import, even if they belong to the same order. HMRC calculates charges per consignment, not per original order.
The import VAT is based on the value declared on the customs invoice for each parcel. If the full order value was declared on one parcel, that parcel will attract the full VAT and duty. The second parcel will still require clearance and may incur additional fees, even if VAT was already paid on the first parcel. This is because the courier must process each shipment individually under UK customs law.

Unfortunately, these rules are set by HMRC and apply to all imports since Brexit. Sellers and couriers cannot override them. To avoid duplicate charges, the best practice is to ensure the value is correctly split across parcels and that the Incoterms (e.g., DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) are agreed upfront.
We understand this is complex and can feel unfair. If you believe the charges were incorrectly applied, you can request a formal review from UPS or HMRC. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.

Look out for customs charges if you order outside the EU…

This week we received a lovely mural from Bimago.
The sting in this order is the customs charges with GB being outside of the EU.
Whilst being warned charges may apply- there is no ‘may’ - they are and FedEx charged 24% of the cost of the Mural and had I have known I wouldn’t have purchased from Poland

Scam!!!

Company are scammers who do not respond to emails upon issues with the order. Item arrived blurry damaged and also with an excess £45 ups payment which the company guaranteed me orders below £135 will not come with an excess fee. Stay away from this company. They even responded to another email address after ignoring my request for weeks through the email I placed the order. Very disturbing scamming service

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. We ordered a wall paper. It came late. We were away and when it arrived our decorator put it up. When we saw we wwre shocked to see that the picture is pixelated and not at all similar to the original photo on the website. We emailed the company but got an answers that they are not taking any responsibility and that how it supposed to look.... Stuck with a very bad wallpaper now.

Even better than expected!

I ordered a room divider because the design and cost were better than anything I could source in the UK. It arrived today and was perfectly packaged. The item is even better in real life than it was in the photos and to say I am extremely happy with it is an understatement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to add some good taste and pizazz to enhance their home. Absolutely 10 out of 10.

Cheap and nasty

The wallpaper looked fabulous on the website. Gorgeous colours and had the option of peel and stick, which I bought.
It arrived yesterday in individual boxes. It held such promise until I opened it.
I’ve never seen any thing like it. It was really thin like sticky tissue paper. It would never work on a wall as it would highlight every blemish. It’s like a big label and very flimsy.
Please don’t buy as it is certainly not useable. What a waste of money. Avoid like the plague

Looks Nothing Like the Website – Buyers Beware

I ordered two “Room Divider Distinguished Elegance II – background in black quilted pattern,” each described as soundproof and featuring a sleek black leather-look design. What I received, however, was far from what was advertised. The print is very light — more grey than black — with none of the deep, glossy leather effect shown on the website. The quality of the printing simply doesn’t match the online presentation. Even when trying to photograph the product, the way light reflects off it makes it impossible to capture how far off the colour actually is — but in person, it’s clearly inaccurate.

To make matters worse, I was charged £54 in import, insurance, and brokerage fees per item just to get them across the UK border — pushing the total cost to over £450. For that price, I expected far higher accuracy and quality.

There’s no easy way to return them without incurring further customs charges from my own pocket, which makes the whole process feel both disappointing and exploitative. Buyers should be cautious — what you receive may not reflect what you see on the website, and returns are costly and impractical.
