Absolutely stunning lights

Absolutely stunning lights! Perfect addition to our living room. The lights really have made a huge difference to the wall. It looked bare and empty now it looks warm and homely. I love how they are remote control too.
They are battery operated so no need for wires. You can literally stick them on with the magnetic pads, or drill holes.
They have a few different setting do when I want to change from warm white, I can change to cool white. They also have a timer too.
Super fast delivery too.
Highly recommended.

I opened my parcel looking forward to…

I opened my parcel looking forward to the promised quick install of the wall lights only to find that the package did not contain the adhesive discs as expected. Went onto you website, and advised to contact Ben in customer service by email. This I did twice, but no response. I now find out that Ben no longer works for the company….might be a good idea to update your website contact details! I eventually got contact from Aidan via a sarcastic comment on a Facebook post, telling me to contact Aidan via email. This I have done….still awaiting confirmation of email. As I work in the area of Business Improvements…..I have a lot of advice I could give you starting with the customer SHOULD be your number one priority. Living in hope that I will eventually get the adhesive discs.

I’m replying to you now directly as I’ve recently been covering customer service myself. Our previous agent (Ben) is no longer with us, and during that transition there were delays and gaps in responses, which clearly impacted you, that’s on us.

The good news is we now have a new customer service agent in place, so things are being brought back up to the standard they should be.

Regarding your order, the adhesive discs should absolutely have been included or sent out promptly, I’m sorry they weren’t. If you haven’t already received them, I’ll personally make sure these are dispatched to you as a priority.

We’re a small business and take customer experience seriously, so your feedback genuinely helps us improve, I agree with you, it should always be the top priority.

Update again-still awaiting a refund…

Update again-still awaiting a refund all they do is say get in contact to make it lool good and then ignore you..

So so frustrating as one light doesn't work at all this has been going on since January when they were still under 90 day manufacturing terms..

Be careful as spent £120 for one light to work

Ordered 2 packs of 2 Glowlux wall…

Ordered 2 packs of 2 Glowlux wall lights at a cost of
£240.98 October 3rd one set arrived on 5th and still waiting for 2nd set. Email sent to Ben who was going to sort this. Still no lights very disappointed with this company avoid at all costs.

This doesn’t sound right at all, as the magnets we use are designed to securely hold the lights in place without slipping, so it’s possible there may be an issue with the installation or that a component is missing.

I’d really like to get this resolved for you quickly please can you reply with your order. number That way we can identify exactly what’s going on and either guide you properly or send out a replacement straight away.

Disappointed

Disappointed…Battery wall lights really lovely & arrived so quickly but I was supposed to receive a free lamp & didn’t receive it so very disappointed hence 1 star. Emailed Lavish lights but no joy would have loved to give 5 stars but because of that I can’t. Over promised under. delivered … Response from “Ben” you have to spend over a certain amount to receive a free lamp, when actually your advert says free lamp with every order. When reading reviews Ben seems to need a bit more training in his customer service roll as he gives conflicting information every time. Avoid this company as they are not professional at all… You asked me to reply with my order number you can’t actually reply on here so I’ve edited with my order number but I really don’t hold out much hope of getting the lamp. “Ben”said you have to spend £120 or more advert just says a set of lights & you say it comes automatically from else where . Don’t think I believe any of this but here is my order number anyway 4049

I made an order in December of 4 lights…

I made an order in December of 4 lights of which all were damaged. The 2 lights with the greater damaged were sent a replacement and upon arrival also arrived with damage. I contacted ben who said he would offer 10% off only to keep the items (an insult as im left with 3 damaged lights out of 4). My request for a better offer was turned over to the “owner” who seemingly seems to not care as iv never got a reply. Total waste of my time. Products are of cheap quality and not worth the money and it’s clearly reflected in the damage of each item. Currently going through my bank to process a complaint with the bank customer service telling me this is an easy case in my favour due to the very poor service and product quality of this company. Save your money and get the same lights from elsewhere for cheaper. The quality will be the same and the returns police much easier.

From our records, when you first contacted us regarding the damage, we arranged replacements for the most affected lights and also offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill while we worked through the issue with the courier. Unfortunately, damage during transit can occasionally happen despite our packaging.
Our intention has always been to resolve the situation fairly, so we’re disappointed to hear you feel this hasn’t been the case. We certainly never want a customer left with products they’re unhappy with.

Great Company, Outstanding After-Sales Service

I was a little reluctant to order these lights, nothing to do with Lavish Lights, just based on previous experience with companies that advertise on Facebook and other social media platforms. I didn’t have anything to worry about…
Quick delivery, great communication, a great product and more importantly, outstanding after-sales customer service. Genuinely great company who I wouldn’t hesitate to order from again. I’ve ordered similar rechargeable lights from some of the cheaper Chinese sites and they can’t compare to the quality or customer service offered by Lavish Lights.
Shout out to Ben, who has been brilliant in helping me out with enquiries. If you’re considering buying lights like this I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company, I certainly will be again.

I have ordered the two lights with the free lamp deal - no lamp arrived , have tried various ways for days to reach including replies on Facebook to email an account under ‘ ben@lavishlights ‘ shock horror no reply from ‘ Ben’ either so I would give zero stars if I could - false advertising and avoidance when something goes wrong.

I can confirm your two GlowLux lights were delivered from our UK warehouse as expected. The free lamp is shipped separately from a different fulfilment partner, which is why it does not arrive in the same parcel. It can take a little longer, but it is still on its way to you.

Regarding Facebook and Instagram messages, our inboxes can become extremely busy and unfortunately messages can occasionally be missed, we’re actively improving this. I’m also sorry you didn’t receive a reply from Ben; he was away over the weekend which caused a delay in responses.

Not what your expecting

Was approached by lavish lights on our house decor account on Instagram

Their product and page looked very good and listed a UK address

After good communication I ordered an item with the plan to do an Instagram video

Delivery was slow reflecting it might not be UK based

When the delivery notification from yodel it was labelled Ali express which raised alarm bells

The item arrived in very tatty taped up packaging with polisterien wrapped around it , not like the videos of the products I saw others post

The item itself wasn't much to look at , requiring alot of assembly and wiring had to buy connectors to fit

I reached out to lavish 3 times about the product , they read my message and ignored me .....

Didn't use the light for my original planned project and used the light shop nuneaton instead who where amazing and experts in lighting

I did fit it but it was only good enough for our downstairs WC , looks okay up

The poor communication and the fact it was from Ali express so I suspect drop shipping or a false UK address , I shall not be ordering again

Update 27/01 , tried to get my review removed says it all really

Several issues

Several things went wrong with my order from start to finish. After the initial estimated delivery date passed, I contacted customer service for an update and was told that my order hadn’t been processed correctly and was never actually on their system.

When the order was eventually shipped—many weeks after I originally placed it—it was delivered to the wrong address due to an error at the warehouse, not the shipping company. It then took several more weeks and multiple emails from me to establish what had gone wrong, many of which went unanswered.

In the end, I only received a refund because I had paid via PayPal. Without that protection, I doubt this would have been resolved at all.

You’re absolutely right that this order fell well short of the standard we aim to deliver. While the vast majority of our orders are processed and delivered smoothly, on rare occasions an order can slip through due to a systems or fulfilment error and unfortunately, yours was one of those cases.

That doesn’t make it acceptable, but it does mean we take situations like this seriously so they don’t happen again.
Since this order, we’ve tightened our internal checks between order processing and warehouse dispatch specifically to prevent issues like incorrect processing or address errors. We’ve also reviewed our customer service response times, as we understand how frustrating it is not to receive timely updates when something has gone wrong.

We’re glad the refund was ultimately resolved, though we regret that it took longer than it should have and required escalation on your part. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
