Scam. Contract lock.

I signed up with IndoorMedia hoping to drive traffic through their coupon program, and after spending over $1,000, I’ve received zero redemptions—not a single customer from it. I reached out multiple times over two months to express concerns and ask for help, only to be met with vague replies and no meaningful support. My assigned representative never followed up or offered a solution.

This program delivered absolutely no return on investment, and despite repeatedly stating that I run a small business with a limited marketing budget, IndoorMedia continued charging me for a service that clearly wasn’t working. It feels like they’re exploiting small businesses rather than supporting them.

Extremely frustrating, disappointing, and honestly—deeply unethical

Good Afternoon Johnny, I see you have been in contact with our customer care department. The tape program is a momentum building and most of our clients do see an increase in redemptions around their 2nd and 3rd cycle. With that being said, we would love the opportunity to work with you and make this program successful for your business. They can be reached at 800-247-4793.

Almost 1 year with this company, waste of money

Almost 1 year with this company, only one lead. Read reviews late, tried to cancel couple of days after signing and they wouldn't accept. There is no cancelation agreement found anywhere in the contract and no grace period to change your mind. Even before the prints/ coupons were made. Offered to pay 2 months to compensate if prints were already in process. Wasted money with fake promises saying it will get better after a couple months.

Stay away from Indoor Media…

I should have conducted a research before meeting with their sales rep and now I become one of the victims. I was approached by their sales rep claiming she works for a Florida supermarket chain and can promote my business. She sold me a package which I regretted paying for almost immediately and wrote to cancel within 24 hours. Well, their "regional guy" refused to cancel or refund, threatened to sue disregarding that I am protected by the consumer and small business law here in Florida from people like him. I will fight it and am not afraid to take legal action against them. I will write to the senior management of the supermarket chain letting them know that this deceitful outfit is using their name to gain access to unsuspecting small businesses.

Fraudulent Company

This company literally promises you that you will get 1 percent. And will be a huge hike in business sells. They are a huge rip off. I stopped paying. I got only one customer. Just one in 4 months. Stay away from this company. A class action lawsuit should be made here. I am not the only one here.

They provide a great way for businesses to connect with local customers. Add a couple photos of the inside of your shop and some of your products to generate foot traffic to your shop or website.

🚨 Warning to Small Business Owners 🚨

🚨 Warning to Small Business Owners 🚨
I had a terrible experience with IndoorMedia. They misled me into signing a contract, claiming it was a flexible advertising partnership. Later, I found out it was non-cancellable, and the advertising brought in only 15 customers in 4 months!

When I tried to cancel, they refused to communicate in writing, only insisting on phone calls—clearly trying to avoid accountability.

I have filed complaints with the California Attorney General’s Office, the FTC, and the BBB. If you are a small business owner, avoid IndoorMedia at all costs!

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam. Spent literally thousands of dollars without a single lead. I had a website review with James and he gave me no meaningful improvements to make, spending less than 20min with me. The communication is horrible, customer service is worse. Run as far away as you can.

Jim Lynde a modern day pirate

Indoor Media is a massive disappointment. The sales snake, Jim Lynde, is a prime example of their corrupt practices. They overpromise and underdeliver, showing no care for the community they claim to serve. Instead of supporting small businesses, they seem intent on robbing them blind. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is a rip-off and a scam, and I demand they go out of business!

I entered into a year-long contract…

I entered into a year-long contract with this company and left a review on Google, but they claim they don't acknowledge it. This has been the worst advertising experience I've encountered in my 25 years in the restaurant industry. It's truly disappointing; honestly, you’d be better off giving your money to someone in need.

Don't Walk, Run From IndoorMedia

Shame on me for for not reading all the bad reviews about IndoorMedia before entering into a contract with them! I attempted to rescind the contract in less than 24 hours of signing. That is when the nice sales people the day before got nasty.
I explained that I'm in sales myself and would never hold a contractual gun to my customer's head to make a dollar. It's simply not good business.
They would not relent and have developed an iron clad contract to lock in their victims. I think deceiving small business owners is their sales strategy.
I settled with their collection agency law firm and almost felt sorry for the guy having to defend this company. Please don't make the same mistake I did!

Horrible company! Run away!!!!

If you’re a big corporation than maybe this would work. For small local businesses this is a waste of money and most likely a scam. This advertising doesn’t work and exists to make money of the backs of local businesses. Use google ads or even a lead generation website.

I signed up by mistake to advertize my…

I signed up by mistake to advertize my small business through this company. I started the fee installment, then tried to cancel and they did not allow me to cancel. Hence, I continued to have them deduct the total fee of $1500 on my credit card. During the duration of the months that this company is suppose to put my business ad on the shopping carts on the FoodMaxx within our zip code, I went to check the supposedly ad that I paid. I checked all the carts and there was no business ad for my business. I called the customer service of Food Maxx about this issue and they said this company is not connected with Food Maxx. I disputed the fees on my credit card and the credit card company refunded back $295.95 The company tried to collect this $295.95 again from me. and now even in collection case. I am also filing a collection case against this horrible company
