Website Creation Review
I purchased the Marketing Foundation Website from IndoorMedia. Melissa from Digital Ops helped me with building my website. She was/is very attentive, responsive & professional. She responded to every request promptly and always gave me an estimated completion date.
IndoorMedia uses GoDaddy.com for website building. The website turned out great, but it does have it's limitations. It doesn't have a mobile version & colors are limited. I also need to outsource my form creations, but it does allow me to create links to direct clients to google forms. There is an option for booking appointments, which I haven't used yet, but plan to. I do appreciate the SEO-optimized feature that the plan includes. It helps boost my search engine visibility.
I am still working with the team to update my website & learning more about the GoDaddy options. I am happy with my website and the Digital Ops team.
Do not use this company! Scammers!
I had this for a year. I would not recommend I had literally no one bring any coupons or even mention the ad for over a year. I ended up selling the business and they forced me to pay in full the amount due. I have used other ad companies and would never ever recommend this company ever! Buyer beware!
Poor Communication
I signed an advertising agreement with this company and shortly after requested a review of the contract. I was told I would receive a response from the appropriate department within two days, but that follow-up never came despite multiple attempts.
Due to the amount of miscommunication, I requested that all communication be handled in writing. That request was repeatedly ignored, and I continued receiving phone calls and messages outside of my stated preferences.
While the agreement was under review, I asked that ad development be paused. This was also ignored, and production continued despite multiple requests to halt.
Most concerning, I was later sent ad proofs using my company’s name and information after explicitly stating that I did not authorize its use. At that point, it was clear that prior communication was not being acknowledged or followed.
I was also mistakenly included in an internal email thread showing a similar situation with another business, which raised additional concerns about how accounts are handled.
For context, the contract itself is non-cancellable, which makes clear and responsive communication even more important.
While I am honoring the financial terms of the agreement, due to these concerns, my business has declined to be represented or associated with IndoorMedia in any capacity.
Please be careful guys when you wanna…
Please be careful guys when you wanna run your ads for your business they are scammers they don’t even do anything I signed contract with them for one year and I didn’t even get 5 3 customers I wish I checked all the reviews before I was signing contract but I learned my lesson and never again.
Loved working with Melissa
Loved working with Melissa, she made the setup so easy and quick, thank you!
Total Scam
I should have done more research before I signed an agreement with them. The sales rep was very sneaky, kept saying that if I sign up for 6 months, then my price would be $xxx/month. After I signed, it turned out the contract was for a full year. They say that ads are running in all these thousands of websites within a certain radius of the grocery store, but I live within that radius and have never seen one ad for my store come up. They prey on small businesses. It makes me sick to have to pay them every month. I really do think this place is a scam and based on the other reviews, perhaps a class action lawsuit could be in order.
A sneaky company with a terrible service and aggressive sales tactics
I entered into an advertising agreement with Indoor Media based on representations made by their salesperson about the effectiveness and value of the service. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with those representations. The service did not produce the expected results and was far more expensive than the value received. I was also not clearly informed at the time of signing that the contract was non-cancellable, which was a key factor in my decision. When I contacted customer service to express my concerns and request to exit the agreement, I was told cancellation was not allowed and was later threatened with legal action when I mentioned leaving a review. This review reflects my personal experience. I have gotten absolutely zero sales from this ad service in 3-4 months.
I will have paid over $10,000 for nothing
I will have paid over $10,000 for print ads with this company and received exactly 1 response. What a total ripoff. What I could have done with that money. I have seen 2 or 3 visits from their reps. with promises for better placement and seen no results.
If I could figure out how to sue these guys just to save the next poor idiot, I'd seriously consider it.
Worst experience with any company ever
Worst business to work with. My sales rep was Tony Butler. Terrible person to work. Ignores emails and calls for help and also made multiple misogynistic comments in his pitch about how men don’t look at receipts and how women are the only ones that keep receipts and look at them. That should’ve been a red flag enough. All their empty promises made it seem so good. I was guaranteed 48,000 people at the minimum every month. When I went to the grocery store on my own, they changed their system to allow no receipts to be printed so that 48,000 minimum goes to how much? Tony said to call him after a month that he would help me if no one came in. “The first month is when we are getting you out to our customers” no one ever did. I’ve been called 3-4 more times. They said Tony’s boss would help me. They never called me. They said multiple times, “I’ll leave a note out and even if I don’t hear back from my managers I’ll still give you a call.” They never called. Coincidentally after we closed the restaurant and had canceled our business card, the payment didn’t go through they called us immediately the next day. So they love to call you to take your money, not to help you out. NEVER DO BUSINESS with these scammers. They just want to hurt your small business and milk you guys when you have nothing to give. Do not listen to any pitch in how long you will have to wait for customers to come in, I am 9-10ish month in and only have had 2 coupons used. After seeing the other reviews about their workers leaving reviews, its pretty interesting that they only have 1star and 5star reviews, nothing in the middle and all their 5 star reviews’ authors only have reviews for indoor media.

DO NOT do business with this company for advertising. They overpromise and underdeliver. We signed up hoping their coupon program would help drive traffic, but after paying for the service, we received zero redemptions—not a single customer from it. We were told we could try their advertising in our local grocery store here in SALT LAKE COUNTY UTAH for six months and cancel if it didn’t work out. But when we called to cancel, they refused, saying we were still under contract. All they told us was to “call your rep,” repeating that we were locked into an agreement.
Company employees writing five star reviews???
Why would you have company employees writing five star reviews (Chris LeMar and Randy Peterson) when that clearly violates Trustplot's terms of service? I get it, your 2.4 rating is in the toilet, but you can't post fake reviews to try to bolster that. It proves nothing more than you are NOT to be trusted (like most of your reviews already state!)
Company didn’t do what they said they…
Company didn’t do what they said they would do. Months went by with our ad not being on the agreed upon receipt paper. No answers from indoormedia, just a demand for more money. Stay far away from this company.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, I paid $1400 for 4 shopping charts, when I confronted them they hang up the phone and send my bill to collections! Don’t waste your money or time with these people!
A marketing investment
It has been an investment, but the receipt ads have helpful.
