I’ve purchased from Imperials in the past and can simply say that Mason and the team made the whole experience very enjoyable and straight forward and personally preferred to main dealer experiences I’ve had over the years. A great place to buy a dream car. Excellent service, no quibbling on the price for my trade-in car. I had a small problem after the purchase of my Porsche and the team at Imperials got it sorted quickly.

I must admit I was very apprehensive buying such an expensive vehicle from a dealer I did not know, which was very far from home. Imperials however were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything they said they would do, they did. The advice they gave was spot on, based on a wealth of experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them, especially with the backing of the RAC accreditation. Jim Wannacot helped me every step of the way and always communicated regularly. In all a very enjoyable experience. Delighted with my purchase and once the sale was complete the customer service level did not diminish. Which is more than can be said for some of the main dealers.
