Excellent plants, price & service.
I was a bit nervous ordering plants off of the internet, I always like to see them first. Our local garden centres were quite expensive when it came to hedging and they suggested to try the Internet. Impact Plants prices were about the same price as the cheapest I could find but with the extra 10% off for signing up to newsletter it was an easy decision to make. I could not sign up to the newsletter online so rang them up and got it over the phone, they also advised me on how many plants I would need. They service I got was excellent. I ordered the plants and paid via PayPal. 4 days later the plants arrived. Well packaged and in top condition. They’ve been planted and look bushy and healthy, even though they are slow growers I think they have grown already, everyone who sees it are very impressed!

Hydrangeas and Lavenders.
I ordered 3 hydrangeas and 3 lavender. They arrived well packed and in great condition. I was amazed how large and well established all the plants were. They were all planted within 2 days and have been well watered. They all look stunning. Thank you Impact, I love them.

Received lovely healthy plants which…
Received lovely healthy plants which are now thriving in the garden. Even though the small Lavender plants were not the ones I ordered they have be replaced promptly with the ones and ordered and a refund issued. Excellent service, customer care and most importantly healthy plants!

Wasted my whole day
Delivery day agreed and stayed in all day as they don't give time slot. Decided to ring late pm and after chasing up was advised items only shipped that morning so would be following week. Supplier had emailed them on day of order to advise but no one picked it up. Total waste of my time. Apology was given but decided to cancel the order who knows what would happen next time.
