Perfect
I ordered 12 box balls , I asked if they where perfectly shaped, Yes was the answer, however I was still very sceptical. 3 days later a pallet arrived. Thank you so much, they are all perfect and very healthy plants. Highly recommended.

Golden Mexican Orange Blossom - Excellent
I ordered two Golden Mexican Orange Blossom 20/40cm 2L pot for £8.99 each. Postage was only £4.99. On the confirmation email it said expected delivery was 14-28 days but I wasn't that bothered as I'm in no particular hurry. They arrived after 11 days. They are a great size for the price, I was actually astounded, and very healthy. They were packed in a great secure box that was easy to open and they were well packed and separated inside. Excellent value and would buy from again.

Still waiting nearly 2 months later
I placed a £50 order on 8 May which should have been delivered within 14 - 28 days. I sent an email on 5 June requesting updated timescales and shortly afterwards received a courier email which turned out to be 3 of the 15 hedges I bought, poorly packaged in an oversized box. To date I still haven't received a response from Impact Plants and am beginning to wonder if the rest of my order has been forgotten about. Had I seen the reviews I would have gone elsewhere.

EDIT - Following my review I received a response from Impact Plants. It transpired that my email had not been received by them due to me responding to the order confirmation which is slightly different to their enquiries email address. There was an issue with part of my order and they apologised that this was not communicated to me. I chose an alternative and received the rest of my order two days later.

Healthy, but small.
I ordered two different plants.
Pros. Both arrived after 10 days, in advance of the 14-28 day delivery window I had been informed about. Both plants were healthy and in good condition.
Cons. Neither plant was as large as I had expected. The pot sizes (3 and 5 litre) were correct but neither plant was as large as you would reasonably expect in that container. The plants sold by either of my local garden centres in equivalently sized pots would be considerably larger.

Will not use again 😕
Trouble ordering at first as new customer discount code didn't work. Eventually placed order for several plants after about 30mins on phone to customer service.
Placed order some weeks ago, heard nothing chased with 2 emails nothing, then a Tel call saying my order was to be part refunded as the plants now not available. Not good customer service (no response to emails ) and was told,when I queried why no one had contacted me, that there were alot of new staff and they needed time to train. Won't use this company again. Order cancelled, wasted approx 5 hours trying to order online, ordering and getting a refund. Still not appeared in my account.

Poor quality service and plants
I ordered plants at the end of April, called to see where my plants were at the end of May to hear that my order had been missed. One of my plants was no longer in stock, but assured the other plant would be received within 4 days. It didn't arrive, so followed up with an email to then hear that my plant would arrive next day delivery. When it did arrive, it was in poor condition so have requested a refund.

Bad packing
Unfortunately my plant arrived out of the pot and very droopy. This was due to bad packing and no identification of the right way up on the box. After repotting and several days in our greenhouse, I think and hope it will be ok, but I won't be ordering from Impact again.

I ordered and paid in full for two…
I ordered and paid in full for two large topiary trees in February. I have email several times and never received a reply. I have called three times now and am told a different excuse every time. I am now trying to get e refund. Really unhappy with the service and will never use this company again. Proceed with caution when ordering, especially large invoices like mine. I am now awaiting my refund which is going to take another week to process. Very disappointed.

1st delivery was poor quality plants with long delay, 2nd delivery were strong good quality plants
Not impressed with impact plants on initial service, ability to contact customer services or the quality of the plants.
The 7-10day delivery time turned into 24days after they first delivered part of someone else's order to me.
When I eventually got an email response they sent my plants within 3 days.
The plants ordered were 4 60-90 cm Irish ivy plants. They were all just about 60cm, and looked in poor condition. Spindly and weak.
For the hassle and waiting of plants nil stars.
For their 72 hour despatch after 21 days 2 stars.
Ed: Customer services contacted me and strong good quality replacement plants were sent to me. So Impact Plants can give 5* service. Averaging out 1st experience and second in rating of 4*.

Timewasters with unhelpful customer service
My grandma ordered a present for my birthday and paid extra for 'premium' delivery, which was due to occur on a specific day.
When it got to mid afternoon on the specified day, I called to inquire if the plant was still due to arrive. The lady I spoke to said it would, which aligned with the email I received after ordering which said (verbatim) 'Your order will be with you within 14 - 28 days from date of ordering. However, we are still able to meet 'promised delivery dates'.'
My grandma then called repeatedly, at first just to get through and subsequently to receive confirmation of when the plant would be delivered. Eventually she was told that delivery would only happen within 21 days. We decided at this point to cancel the order.
As with most reasonable customers, what I resent here is a company promising one thing and doing another. Delivery timelines do not change by 21 days less than a week after ordering. The fact that in this case it did, speaks to either incompetence or dishonesty.

Ordered plant and paid extra for 7 day delivery. Didn't arrive so called 3 times and noone replied. Emailed and finally got a response. Apparently had missed my speedy delivery. I asked when to expect but noone has replied. Still not received plant. Really poor customer service. Would not use again.

Beech twigs not hedges
Paid premium for delivery date, after number on calls informed late afternoon that they would not be arriving. When the order eventually arrived I found I had rootball beech twigs rather than the hedging expected, no resemblance to the photo on website.

I am shocked by what I was sent
I am shocked by what I was sent. Ordered 2 litre plants and they arrived thrown into the pots - not grown in them, plonked on a sheet of plastic in a large box with absolutely no packing to keep them upright. The compost was dry when it arrived, the plants were overturned, there was absolutely no labelling either to say what the plants were or where they had come from. This is really negligent.

I can’t seem to get through to these guys at all despite placing an order three weeks ago. Telephones, emails, nothing seems to be picked up. They seem to offer a good price but quite disappointed now. Still no items!

The telephone service was very good. Dissapointed with the quality of the plant, a branch had been snapped at the bottom of the main stem. A bit over priced too.
