Ilumi have always provided top quality food and they always arrive in good time and are well packaged. Although it is expensive, it is good quality. I only wish the prices could be lowered! Then I could give 5 stars!

Food is amazing, definitely great value for money

The site is easy to navigate, the food is deliciouse and it has helped stopped me being bloated, will be buying from here again.

The portions are too small, 2 packages of the main meal are needed to get one meal. So for the price it is not worth it.
It is mainly indian, there's no other more simple choices apart from the spiced options, which for a coeliac stomach is usually heavy and hard to digest. Too many spices and herbs.

Fast delivery was great, same as the texting service. Good service.
Handy and nice packaging, and quick to prepare although microwave food (&ready meals) is unhealthy. But good for when you are on the run. I would only suggest more plain meals and lighter options.

I received my very first order from Ilumi one day after ordering. I have tried several products and found them to be exactly as expected, satisfying and extremely tasty. I've already ordered again. It was very nice to be able to have a chinese meal when the rest of the family has a take away. I tasted very authentic. I have only had one ppuch and one rice. I am looking forward to sampling the others I bought

I always have them in my store cupboard not only as an excellent stand by but as a meal in themselves. Products on the whole arrive in good order but when I did have a issue whereby one of the pouches had broken over all the other items, I was offered a complete refund or replacement order. You couldn't ask for anything more! Great product and great company for dealing with customer complaints.

A colleague at work had been ordering Ilumi for a long time and I mistook it for simply vegetarian food - but upon a brief kitchen chat I found it wasn't and so I decided to order a few different meals to try out.

Best decision EVER! I only ordered a few and powered through them in a couple of days, and will certainly be ordering more!

I honestly couldn't praise this company any more for providing such an awesome service - even offering £5 off my next order and free deliver!

All in all... I have calculated it to be much cheaper to purchase Ilumi meals over purchasing all the ingredients separately! :-)

I purchased a number of different items via ilumi! I had excellent service as they were all delivered very quickly and in a box that was easy to open, unlike other companies I have ordered from. I purchased the pouches the Black Friday event, so recieved a fantastic deal on the price of each item. Thanks Ilumi! Definately recommend and will order their yummy, easy and convenient food again!!
