I use the food when I travel it is handy to have something tasty that you know you can trust to be safe to eat when you arrive some where and need a quick meal.

Lower fat, higher energy food, long life storage in a cupboard, easy to heat. Good emergency food supplies when mealtimes are overrun by events.

i enjoyed the swiftly delivered meals and will shop again. already recommended to friends.

ilumi are a consistent brand. The product matches the marketing in both terms of quality and convenience to prepare. A typical meal with added rice can be ready to serve within five minutes or so and there is no compromise on the flavour or satisfaction of the result.

The company have taken the idea of a 'ready meal' and produced a genuinely nutritious and tasty product. Their range of meals in particular have expanded considerably and the overall choice is excellent.

In terms of delivery, the longest I have waited is 48 hours. 24 is more typicalm but that does depend on the time of day you place your order and whether or not it includes a weekend.

Storage of the meals is a breeze. No fridge required, just a regular kitchen cupboard. A hot nourishing meal is always at hand and the packaging is clearly marked with the 'Best Before' date. Because the dates are not 'Use By', it gives you a little latitude if you end up with a meal or two you haven't consumed in time.

For the average person, the portions (when added to rice, pasta, or potatoes is quite adequate. If you have a hearty appetite, you may empathise a little with Oliver Twist.

Very disappointed to have been drawn in to purchasing a lot of products that I like to store for my camper van and walking trips. When my delivery arrived many of the products only had a use by date for Feb 16. Just over a week away! A couple only had shelf life of Sept 16. Whilst there offers make no mention of this clearly they use these promotions to move on old stock. They should be clear about this!

Although I use these products as "stand by" when I'm too busy to cook properly, they are good enough for all everyday meals. I'm particularly happy with the cupboard storage - having not much freezer space

Parcel Post foe the third time have taken between 6 - 8 days to deliver!!!!
Having been taken over the weight of the pouches is less ,the trays are ok but guess next time I order there will be fewer or none at all.!!! There is no complete list available of all your foods scrolling down the list is usually only finding those on offer. The distinguishing slip on label is now seemingly not available for the remaining trays.
DO SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO TRY MY LUCK ELSEWHERE. AFTER ALL THE ORIGINAL HYPE YOU ARE GOING DOWN HILL FAST.

Ordererd a few dishes ,some of which were half price (a bargain) .Have only tried the bolognese ragu and the chinese pork so far . Both were really delicious . Taste home made and great that they are gluten and dairy free ,I can eat them without worrying.Would definitely recommend.

Good selection to choose from, no worries about gluten as all the products are gluten free.

I came across ilumi by a friend sharing on FB for the £5 off new customers. My family has a number of allergies mainly gluten/dairy and most ready foods are rotten and extremely over priced. I normally make everything from scratch but being a super busy mum of a 4yr,2yr and 10 week old as well as running my own business I was skipping meals as not enough time in the day so thought I would give it a shot. Bought the Chinese pack and the intro hamper to get a taste of everything. Only tried a few things so far but really pleased. Literally a few mins to a hot meal, kcals are low and really tasty. Tried 4 different meals only one not to my taste but still nice. these are a god send for busy people with allergies. Will definitely be a staple in my house now.

Ready meals like you would find in the supermarket (with the exception they're gluten and dairy free), taste ok but after couple of days they end up tasting all the same

I loved the box that arrived started showing it off to work colleagues. I'm gluten free veggie so these are perfect for work lunch. Had three packets, soup, rice & chick peas and another soup. 4th slit another chick peas with rice to microwave and found it was half full of blue fungus and the smell awful. I took photos and emailed them but heard nothing back so far. I'm waiting to send it back! Other stuff I'm hoping alright as it's great for me and calorie controlled.

Excellent food and service. I run workshops and always travel with illumi in case gluten free food is not available or convenient.

I've been using Ilumi for a while, only 1 negative comment - where's the beef gravy gone?!!

Ilumi were easy to order from & have a brilliant range. I have only tried one meal so far & it was quite nice (chorizo & rice). The only downside is that the portions are very small & it is very expensive.

I was looking for a convenient way to have lunch at work, something to grab n go!
So whilst doing my normal online shop for gluten free products I found ilumi noodles - ready in 4 minutes. Perfect. From there I went to ilumi website and ordered over £30 worth of goodies. Would recommend to a colleges one who is dairy intolerant and one gluten free.
Not tried everything yet, but with lots of choice, curry's, rice, noodles, casseroles. Meat and vegetarian.

Easy to order, quick delivery and great food. Takes away that bloated feeling and they count the calories for you

I do like the product and recommend it as a quick meal (microwave in 2-3mins). You can also take them away with you on holiday as they come in strong sealed packets. You can also take them to friends who don't know how to accommodate your intolerances, this is always welcome and you don't need to stress about cross contamination. They are filling and usually quite full of meat and vegetables.
My only concern is that the 'OFFERS ' are for SHORT DATES and to see the dates you have to go into the more information, so if you are buying in bulk make sure you use the offers first.
