Very positive experience
Very positive experience. The quote was less than half the price of what I was quoted locally. I had tight deadlines to hit which the company managed to address in a timely manner. Will definately be using again.

Reasonable cost but slow.
Value for money. Tim was very helpful indeed in respect of the correct documentation.
Organising a consultation was easy.
This is not with a solicitor. Despite paying an £18 recorded delivery I did not receive notification that my signed acknowledgement had been sent until over a week later. I had paid immediately. Furthermore, despite sending two emails to Paul Smith, who explained the dual borrower arrangement to me, about needing a scan of the document, I did not receive a reply or explanation for the delay. I would have understood but the delay was best avoided. The whole service needs refining but fine if you are not in a rush.

100 percent my go to ILA service
I was recommended ILA-Connect by someone and was glad I did. I spoke to a guy called Tim who managed to squeeze me into a very busy schedule. Once signed up (took me minutes) uploaded my documents, zoom call booked and completed all with an hour. Zoom call Thursday at midday, paperwork delivered Friday morning. I don’t often give 5 stars but this company definitely earned it. Oh and the price is far cheaper than other quotes I was getting.

Very slow service. Still waiting for paperwork over 5 days. Limited communication or updates.
Wouldn’t use again. Causing issues with completion of emergency bridge facility. Poor.

I had an issue and needed them to resend my documents and this was after 3 weeks of the original signing of ILA. My request was picked by Muscaan and she was very responsive and immediately got it sorted. Excellent firm to work with. I am definitely going to use this firm again.
