No US office anymore?
The last two times I've called I go straight to a call center that has no affiliation or knowledge of File Finder. It seems they've gotten rid of Forest and their US office entirely and replaced it with a third party answering service, and we have to wait for someone overseas to reach out and fix. What's going on here?
Edit to say that after some back and forth, it looks like your company laid off both US customer support employees over the past year. How can you say you pride yourself on customer service and proceed to get rid of those exact people you speak of, that's extraordinary!

However, we do have a third party answering service (in Hoboken, NJ) as a fallback and if you leave a message we will return your call as promptly as possible.
