Order refund process

Emma helped me with my order. The process was quick and easy. I received an item that didn’t fit properly and I was able to get it refunded for store credit. The issue was resolved quicker than I ever expected it to be when shopping online.

Extremely patient in dealing with a shipment issue. The team was more than happy to help fix a mistake that wasn’t made by them. My package was lost in transmit and they worked with me to get it fixed. Super grateful for that

Amazing

Amazing, fast and efficient. I recently dealt with another rave clothing line and had the worst customer service experience, and to have my order with Iheartraves and Ardie arrive so quickly, eased my woes. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Disappointing

Bought the whole outfit for a festival, but honestly, I was disappointed—it looked grey the whole time and didn’t glow, even under lasers. It only glows if you shine your phone’s torch directly on it. Don’t think I’ll be buying reflective outfits again.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. Absolutely scamming people out of money. Clothes poorly made, purchased something then paid out of my own money to return it and it’s randomly been returned back to my address, let me guess so I have to pay MORE money to return it? Literally made out of shitty wire. Try to give you store credit only which is an absolute joke for international customers. Awaiting response from my formal complaint.

Very helpful customer service

My experience with iHeartRaves has been overall very good. I purchased 2 orders from the sale but didn't realise they were coming from the US. (I should have done my research, but it was a hit of a whim purchase). When they arrived, the clothes were very nice and as described but some were very small for me and others were too large. When I looked at their returns page I panicked as it said store credit only, of which I would not be ordering from them again due to the country of origin. Because of this, I emailed them directly and explained my situation. A lovely person, Ardie, responded quickly and was very helpful and understanding. They explained that if I could return the items, they would be happy in giving me a refund, despite some of these items being sale pieces. It cost me around £25 to return the goods and then took around 2 weeks to receive my refund.

I did start to worry when a week had passed after I was told it would take 3-5 working days to hear back from the refund team but I messaged Ardie again and they were very reassuring and chased it up for me. I'm not gonna lie, I did start to wonder if I would ever see my money again but a week after that, my refund came through. The timing of the refund is the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5, but Ardie was amazing throughout my whole experience and situation and I am most grateful for that.

My first time ordering from this site…

My first time ordering from this site and it was a poor experience. I bought these for my boyfriend that has a sensitivity to polyester. They were advertised as being 100% RAYON. Which was the only reason I purchased them. Upon receiving the item. They are made of POLYESTER… I brought this to the attention of the company requesting a refund considering the error. This was the response I got - “You have received the correct item, and they were able to update the product page to show the correct information.” Actually no Ardie. I did not receive the correct item… because it’s made of PLASTIC. They then offered me a useless store credit that I have no need for. Ruined my rave outfit plans for my bf and made him break out in a rash. I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank and they honored it on false advertising claims. So now I leave this review for you. And will also be leaving it on other platforms. PLUR forever!

Won’t refund £70 wasted

Ordered a dress, sizing absolutely awful!
Way too small! Never have this problem, but many rave outfits and always fit perfect.
Tried to return and won’t let me!
£70 wasted.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Asked for help on sizing, employee didn’t seem to know to well, took their suggestion. Order came, sizes were huge. Returned the 2 items, and since they have over sold the items and could not complete the exchange. Keep suggestion store credit or taking other items instead. Been a hassle with multiple emails from different service reps. Would not recommend buying from this company. Honestly 0/5 stars
