Ignored Emails
I sent in a PO and received a response back that it was received, but then found out later that there were questions about the order and they used an old, outdated email, rather than the one that was on the email with the PO. The bounce back was ignored and nothing done about it. When I call to find out the delivery date, I found out it had been ignored for a week. Metalcraft took no responsibility in the issue they had caused. From what I can tell you cannot get a response from sending emails, only phone calls. I sent many emails and I am not sure I ever received responses. They did nothing to help the lead time, just put our order at the bottom of this list.

Rebecca, I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. I have spoken with Jessica and she explained about the incorrect email and updated pricing, etc., however, that is not an excuse and we have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. Once again, I am truly sorry.

Customer Service
Just working initially with Beth Paulsen on fast tracking proofs and them Jessica Miller to work with factory for a quick response but a breath of fresh air. Both ladies were so helpful and went above a beyond for Konecranes.
Don't know who trained these women but Metal Craft is in good hands with them taking care of your customers.
