It's easy to purchase a service that meets your needs; often easy to read reviews to ascertain whether a product provides those capabilities. Ideogram is one such product. But one thing that really impressed me - something that often is not easily found - is a company who will work with you when you no longer need the service. My auto-renew of this product met me with a bit of a surprise; I probably checked the box for auto-renew when I purchased the product. However, as fate has it, I switch up my career plans and no longer needed the product. I contacted support and I received lightning fast service; cheerful and courteous. If I have a need for Ideogram in the future, I won't think twice. If you are considering this product and want some feedback on their attentiveness to customer support, don't hesitate; they are at the top of their game!

I think the program itself is excellent, as everybody is saying. But the customer service is incredible - I can't thank Steph and the rest of the team enough for helping to me with my concern, which wasn't program-related. Fantastic company!

The generation capabilities are impressive. The editing capabilities are so-so. The ability to stop your plan are non-existant. I click to dowload my plan to the free plan and nothing happens. My credit card isn't shown in their system, so there's no way to remove it. An yet I still was charged.

We had great results using Ideogram. As with all platforms under development in AI image generation space great things appear on the horizon. Ideogram is on par with the best image generators out there. I would add that customer service is excellent!

Ideogram is a great website for the generation of AI pictures with best value for money in my opinion. The support team is quick, efficient and very friendly. Not to be taken for granted in these days.

Ideogram has one of the best Canvas for inpainting specially if you are using it for characters. A great creative partner in creating long format AI videos.

I've been using ideogram for a long time now, and it was an amazing experience not gonna lie, the art and images it let's you to create is undeniably beautiful, if written with proper prompt, though it also have some downsides like for example it sometimes creates distorted or entirely different thing, even though I've given proper prompt, and some little ai mess ups while generating which kinda all ai's do, overall it's a great platform for generating artworks, you can give it a try

Ideograms are so good coming up with design/visual ideas when you're stuck! The key is to get good with your prompt (not too brief or too complicated) otherwise it'll generate some weird results.

Customer service is also very understanding when I made some errors and helped solve some issues. Ideogram is very powerful and I highly recommend it!
