I used to use Ideogram a lot, but I now use Seedream 4.5 because it's better in every single way except, for my purposes, 'magazine' style images. I had the most expensive plan and I wanted to preserve the credits I had just bought and switch to a less expensive plan, but they wouldn't let me. So of course they took my credits and money and that's it - therefore I won't use them anymore.

It's very useful but very slow in generating an image, it takes more than 30 minutes for just one image even though the internet speed in my location is detected as very fast, I tried using another image generator and it was smooth and fast. Please be aware of cases like this, thank you.

Ideogram is a great program for making images for book covers, interior illustrations, and just about anything you can imagine. The sky's the limit on what you can produce. Give it a great prompt, and it'll give you incredible, one-of-a-kind images that you can't believe you actually created.

I needed help with refund as i forgot to cancel the subscription and steph was really helpful and understanding. He helped me out and the response was quick.

My card got hacked so my payment didn’t go through and then I updated my new card but signed in at the wrong account. Ideogram fixed me right up. Got my old account up and running and refunded my duplicate order appreciated the help that came in a timely manner.

- Features which should be basic like deletion of images require the top subscription plan.
- Username cannot be changed and can be traced back to your Google account which is a bad thing if you want to stay anonymus
- AI often does not carry out basic tasks you ask for like changing the style or making a character bigger or smaller
- there is no refund if you cancel the subscription

This is shockingly bad. I have tried numerous times to do the simplest of images and it consistently does it absolutely wrong. ChatGPT is bad at image making but Ideogram take the cake. Insultingly horrible image creation.
