Firstly we would like to point out that we recommend to all our sellers to do a thorough inventory of the goods. This is to ensure there are no illegal goods in the unit or personal items of no value like photographs or bank statements or similar that should be returned to the original owner. Also, in order to photograph the units, the storage operator must access the unit.
We sell for the largest storage companies in Europe. If goods are removed from the unit before it goes to auction that would be theft and any items removed, could still be identified by the original owner. The storage companies selling these units will not be removing items of value from the units and iBidOnStorage does not access the units ourselves.
