I could not believe it as the renewal…

I could not believe it as the renewal price was cheaper and they issue paper renewal policies. Being a bit still old fashion I prefer it on paper which suites me fine. Had to phone to chance card details as well and it was delt with promptly as I was on my lunch hour as well. Great service.

customer service was good

customer service was good. Phone answering was prompt: assistant was helpful and informed: courteous and professional. I felt that I was getting a service and that the customer facing team were taking some pride in their work.
