Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris for December 2027, had Dylan support me with this he was extremely helpful also patient as my first time booking with bayfinch. He answered all my questions and advised me on what to do when traveling with a disable child. I’m extremely grateful and can’t wait to surprise my children next Christmas. Would definitely recommend Bayfinch and also Dylan to book your magical experience

Mark has been absolutely brilliant in helping us plan our trip. He provided us with various quotes and was efficient, helpful and incredibly responsive throughout.
What I particularly appreciated was how thorough he was — all the information I needed was provided from the outset, so I didn’t have to keep going back with additional questions or asking for further details.
We’re not quite ready to book yet, but when we are, I will definitely be going straight back to Mark to get everything sorted. Excellent service from start to finish so far, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Jessica was amazing I had to change date a few times to get what suited us and she was very patient , we added some extras and changed one of the hotels but nothing was a bother for Jessica , she's fab the price is amazing also .

We are looking at a Japan holiday in 2027 and I have been contacting many companies. Bayfinch Holidays have been excellent with their timely responses and information so far. Their representative Greg is keeping me updated with the information I require, without being too pushy. My decision has not yet been made, but Greg is by far the most helpful person I have dealt with.
