Broadband set up

Fast, reliable, and genuinely helpful service

I had a genuinely great experience with Jovan Sosic from Hyperoptic. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I was aware of the best options available rather than just pushing a standard package.

The engineer was polite and pleasant to talk to. Letting me know what he was doing at each step, asking my opinion as to where to place the modem. Overall really good experience. Sales person also explained a lot to me.

Worse experience ever

They are rubbish with installation process taking over 2 weeks. I am still not activated and keep saying cable needs to be repaired. Lazy and just talking no action.

They only talk but can't even fix the issue for me as a customer. They very bad during the installation process and delaying so much. I don't recommend coming to them, as they very slow and not bothered at all.
