Fab service from polite staff who gave various cost effective options for repair. Repair done on the same day as stock was available. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if I require further technological repair/advice. Highly recommend.

This local firm in Ellon are fabulous. In the last 9 months, I have been in 3 times with mobile 'phone issues and on each occasion, the issues have been resolved quickly, without charge. This is my second Pc as service was so good first time around.

I took a couple old laptops and a few tablets to get repaired. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and continued to be very helpful about my PCs.
It was deemed too old for the laptops and no need to repair the tablet.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about tech things.

Wanted to buy a PC but hadn’t a clue what was required. Spoke to the technicians who asked what I would use it for, what games I play and advised a PC that would work for me without being too expensive.
Within the week my computer was built and ready for me.

Bought a pc and had a problem with it , took it back and they fixed it fairly quick

I was trying to load and connect a new app for checking my solar panels but with no success. Morgan arrived and after using the instructions provided even he could not load it however he managed it by a different method.

I’ve had our computer in twice in two days and each time we have had excellent service. Thank you!

Can’t say enough about the service that these guys provided.
After a recommended system / software upgrade, my PC was not responding to any instructions.
After following the Co-Pilot instructions to try to fix the issue, for a couple of hours, I ended up in a dark and scary place, nothing I tried worked.
The following day Hybrid had me up and running again in 24 Hours.
Even offered to carry the PC back to the car!

Was looking for a secondary laptop I could play around with, (re)learn coding before AI starts doing it all for us, try out different Linux distros etc.

Popped in to see what they had in stock refurbished and nothing really met my criteria. Morgan offered to reach out and see if they could find anything more to my liking. After just a couple of days they had found something that met my requirements and my budget.

Very knowledgable, very helpful, went above and beyond. Everyone I have dealt with at this company was excellent.
