Great service. I wanted a genuine Dell battery as there seems to be so many copies/fakes out there. Could have got it slightly cheaper on the big 'A' but prefer to support home grown small businesses not multi-national billionaires! Many thanks.

The battery I ordered was unfortunately out of stock when they went to pick it. The contacted me immediately to make me aware in case I wanted to cancel the order but also confirmed additional stock was coming if I was OK to wait. Hopefully that will be due in soon.

I run a game server on a Dell desktop which crashed. I diagnosed a power supply failure and most searches ended with classic bait and switches e.g. "in stock" and immediate delivery translates to "in stock in China" and it will be immediately shipped and take 3 weeks to get to you. Delighted to find Black Cat! Back online within 24 hours!!!

I ordered at 5pm on a Friday and couldnt believe they still dispatched it and got it to me on Sunday. Excellent service, the replacement fan was in perfect condition, its very fragile but the packaging was solid. Thank you!
