I visited the Woodford branch today to get some timber. I spoke to a guy in the yard and explained what amounts I required but he then tried to rip me off by giving me a ticket for double the amount of wood that I required. I certainly won't be going back again. Be warned, as these guys are trying to rip people off!

My order
My order , placed 3rd August, has still not been delivered. Confirmation from Peterbrough that March site collected. Told by March delivery would be Tuesday 11th, now told today by March items are not in stock ... I wonder where my goods are ??!
My order has now been refunded by my local branch, promptly and without a fuss.

Good I team but small problem with…
Good Item but problem with delivery .
In the email I was told to expect a phone call for delivery but was never received a call , I then had the delivery driver turn up randomly at my door so hard to rush over from the other side of town to get back , bad customer service from the depot. Driver was really good
