I made a mistake in my original online order but during a courtesy call from Ben, he sorted the issue out, changed the order accordingly, and got the materials delivered the next day. Excellent service. Shame they're not Ridgeons any more though.,

Have used Huws Gray (formerly Ridgeons) for many years as they are the closest in proximity to where we live. Thankfully they provide excellent service which is why we continue to use them.
Hane today taken delivery of 500k of bagged topsoil/loam as was on special offer and including delivery costs £50 cheaper than almost everywhere else.
Order taken over the phone efficiently by Matt in the office, and delivered by extremely friendly and highly professional Ray (super adept with the parking and crane manoeuvrability), both from the Ipswich branch.

Soil Big Bags
Ordered 9 large bags of top soil for my garden raised borders. Quality of soil is excellent I didn’t find one stone.
Competitively priced. Driver Ben was really helpful and placed the soil bags to assist in my emptying to the rear.

Communication from Staff was great a friendly call to update on delivery time and date.
