The whole experience was stress free with very easy to deal with emails

Huddle was very easy to work out premiums on line with the realistic costing for a car that travels less than 5000km per year. Was more than happy to go with them with at least a $250 saving on other comprehensive insurance.

I was worried that I didn’t get the policy but it was in the spam’s box!!

So easy to sign up online. Also saved a lot of money compared to my previous insurer for the same cover.

Their system is trash, they cant update policy that is why you need to get a new quote and get new policy. They will tell you that do not worry as arrangement fee is waived, however they still charge me the Arrangement fee. And they cant do anything to refund the arrangement fee when clearly they told me that it will be waived. And the last resort is, they told me if I am not happy that they cant refund. I need to cancel my policy with them. They just wasted my time!

Easy website to deal with. Comparable product to other providers.
Customer Service was excellent.

online experience setting up policy was reasonably ok, I had a few questions and had a difficulty actually speaking to a real person but once that was achieved questions were dealt with professionally.
It will be interesting to see if the same professionalism and response will be forthcoming if I make a claim in the future.
