Extremely fast customer support response. I've contacted them 3 times in the past few years that I've been using the website and each time they resolved my issue very quickly.
Besides that, they have amazing discounts all the time, sometimes on day 1 release of a game.

Got given a used key for a different product
I bought a key for Monster Hunter Stories 3 and got sent a key for Monster Hunter Wilds that had already been redeemed months ago.
First time it happens, but extremely bothersome that I had to lose my whole weekend trying to fight customer services of both HRK and Steam Support to get the game that I paid for.
At least customer support was polite and straight to the point, so that wasn't an issue.

Bought a 1$ game key, was used.
Bought a 1$ game key. Got used key, got an extremely lenghty string of hoops to jump through to get a new key or refund. Pictures of this and that, contact steam support to verify that the key is used by someone else.
For 1$. I'll take that loss and will just stop using this shit site again.

Bought a BF6 key on HRK, said the key would be delivered instantly, money was charged, and i got an email that it was ready for me, but it was not on their site for me to redeem. Contacted the bank and cancelled my card and reordered a new one, will go through the necessary steps to get my money back. Shady business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
