I was buying a gift card code on this website since it had a good sale. I should've taken it as a warning sign when my credit card company declined the transaction 5 times before it went through. At first there was a unpaid status on one of the attempts I made. Tried contacting the live support but they didn't respond after even 1 hour of waiting. Deleted my account and then made a new one to try again (had to delete the account since there is a $100 dollar gift card spending limit per day). Finally got my credit card to approve the purchase and then after the purchase they held my gift card hostage as they asked for "Verification." Had to send in a SELFIE with my ID, CREDIT CARD (only last 4 digits and security code visible), and a NOTE stating the website name and date. They all had to be visible and READABLE in one photo. This felt incredibly weird and invasive as they didn't say anything about this before the purchase and were effectively holding my code hostage until they deemed me real for buying myself a gift card. Afterwards, I had to send them 2 verification selfies since their "Risk Department" deemed my first one not good enough. So much for their instant delivery claim. Based on my experience using multiple key websites, I would heavily avoid this one. Horrible customer service (they don't reply in the live chat or emails), not instant delivery and will hold your keys hostage while you wait slowly to verify to them that you're real.

Sold region locked key as "Global" – Refusing refund
I purchased a game key explicitly advertised as a "Global" key. However, the key is strictly region locked and does not work in my country. I opened a support ticket and provided full photographic evidence proving the key cannot be activated in my country. This process is taking more than 3 WEEKS each time support gives me a date then delaying it, the first for 2 weeks said they'll resell the key then 72 hours and now indefinitely. Instead of issuing a refund for a defective product that was completely misdescribed on their website, support is now claiming they must wait indefinitely for a response from the publisher. This is very frustrating especially that the summer sale will soon be over and I won't be able to buy something else.

One of the worst purchasing experience…
One of the worst purchasing experience that i ever had in my life. On day 7/7/2026 I bought a steam key for Skyrim that is redeemable in my country, but instead i got a key that isn't redeemable in my country, i've provided everything they have asked for yet they keep making me wait. I'm writing this review on day 19/7/2026 and still haven't gotten a refund nor a steam key. I don't even know if i want to still play the game or not since i'm quite upset now.

365 days of "free trial" and not actually fully paid account.

It's the first time I've used this…
It's the first time I've used this site.
I was genuinely concerned for around half an hour whilst my purchase had been suspended and the money had left my bank account.
They requested a selfie of me holding my bank card (showing just the last 4 digits and my name) and a photo of my driving licence (showing only my name and photo). I edited the pictures on MS paint to hide the other information.
Around 20 minutes after I submitted the pictures I received an email telling me a product had been added to my account.
All had been sorted and I could relax again.
Overall, I got a good discount and the payment issue was resolved quickly.

I bought a...STOLEN key
I bought a digital key from them, paid €2.91. I received an invalid key. I contacted their support and was asked to reach out to Steam support and provide screenshots to prove that I was telling the truth. Steam support confirmed to me that I had been sold a blocked key because it belonged to a batch considered stolen. I replied to their support, no response after a day.
Over two euros... you tell me whether they can be trusted or not."

This site is a total scam
This site is a total scam. I purchased ESET Antivirus cd-key for 1 year. After 4 months, I had to do a system reinstall, but the cd key no longer works. I come to find out they sell you THEIR license that they own and they add you as a user. Once you reinstall windows, HRK will tell you that you have to purchase another key in order to keep using the Antivirus.

Customer service is a joke
The response time from customer service is way too long, which is already frustrating enough. But on top of that, even though I have provided all the proof that the game doesn't work, they refuse to give me a refund. Instead, they just tell me to wait for "possibly several days" to get an answer, with no guarantee of a resolution. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I've already shown clear evidence of the issue. I strongly advise against using this service.
