Never had a worse experience with a key…
Never had a worse experience with a key store. Bought a ROW key that specifically stated it could be activated in my region, and only after purchasing did it tell me it CANNOT be activated where I live. Luckily I was able to get a “refund” since the code wasn’t redeemed yet, but I was never given the full amount I paid. After a back and forth with customer support for multiple days they’re refusing to refund the full amount. Overall super sketchy website, avoiding them completely from now on.

There was some issue with the payment processing, the payment went through but the website didn't mark it as processed and I had to contact the support but they sent the key right away. I hope they will fix these technical issues in the future because I would like to continue buying from them because of the good price and service, but I do not want to have to contact support each time when I buy something and the payment fails at their end.

İrresponsible customer service and Seller never comes to online There's a Trap İf you Buy something marked as (Row) key it doesn't really means this code is for row region I'm telling you from my experience i have brought dead by daylight key i was chatting with support for 3 days only and all of them said i should wait for maximum 72 hours meanwhile it's been 1 week and İ still didn't get my refund back and Support stopped talking with me and I'm still waiting answer from them it's hard to experience email chatting when there's no live support available They keep telling me seller should come online and blablanlah but it's been centuries I'm waiting for this seller to come online

They need to allow PayPal as a payment…
They need to allow PayPal as a payment option if you do not have enough balance in your HRK wallet. If you try to use your balance, you cannot use PayPal to pay the remainder. The other problem is that you cannot use PayPal to add to your HRK balance, only CC. Other than that, great service.
