Every purchase has gone thru with no issue. I don’t have to worry with this site. Only constructive thing I would suggest is to have more competitive pricing. Unfortunately I don’t buy a lot from here... See more

Very poor user experience regarding search functionality, payment processing, and wallet operation. The base game price fluctuates depending on the selected payment method, in addition to added service fees. Furthermore, it is slightly higher priced than other key platforms.

I purchased a game code and provided all the correct payment and billing information, yet the process was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of receiving the code quickly, I had to wait more than 24 hours.
Their customer support was extremely slow, and they also asked me to provide additional personal information even though my payment details were already correct.
When buying a digital game code, I expect fast delivery and a smooth verification process. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I would not recommend this service if you need your game code quickly.

Do not be misled by HRK Game’s marketing. They sell software advertised under banners like "Lifetime Purchase" and "One-Time Offer," leading reasonable consumers to believe they are purchasing a perpetual retail license that belongs to them for life.In reality, they are selling fragile, disposable, single-use activation tokens. When my license lost activation after performing standard PC maintenance (upgrading a motherboard), their support team explicitly admitted in writing: "all of our keys are one-time activation keys and can only be activated once. They cannot be reused or reactivated after activation." "we only provide support for up to two months after the purchase date." Think carefully about what "lifetime" actually means under their definition:Your motherboard fails tomorrow? Your "lifetime" license ends tomorrow. You upgrade your PC build next month? Your "lifetime" license is dead. You format or reinstall Windows due to a drive failure? Your license is gone, unrecoverable, and thrown away like a used match.A genuine perpetual software license stays with the buyer. HRK Game's keys behave like single-use scratch cards. If you need to fix or upgrade your PC, you will be locked out—and if you are past their arbitrary 60-day support window, they will simply wash their hands of you, keep your money, and tell you it can never be activated again. Paying over £40–£45 for a key that dies after 3 months makes this vastly more expensive than buying legitimate retail software. If you ever plan on reinstalling software, upgrading a component, or owning a PC for more than a few months, stay far away from HRK Game's misleading "lifetime" offers.
----------------UPDATE--------------------------
Thank you, HRK, for confirming publicly what you concealed at the point of sale:You admitted selling non-transferable OEM/disposable keys under "Lifetime" marketing: You explicitly state above that your keys are only valid for the "lifetime of the first device" and "cannot be reused after major hardware changes," openly advising customers who want real transferable software to buy "retail versions directly from the publisher." This is an outright admission of misleading omission under the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPRs). If a key dies the moment a motherboard or drive is replaced, it is not a "Lifetime Purchase"—it is a restricted OEM hardware bond. Advertising it as a "Lifetime / One-time purchase" without prominent upfront warnings that standard repairs destroy the license is deceptive marketing designed to lure buyers into paying retail-adjacent prices (£45+) for throwaway volume/OEM keys. The "Two-Month Support" evasion: You state support is limited to two months to "ensure smooth activation." Under statutory UK Consumer Law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), digital goods must remain fit for purpose and of satisfactory durability. Arbitrary two-month seller policies do not extinguish statutory rights or excuse selling software that self-terminates upon routine hardware servicing. No solution, only deflection: Advising a paying customer to go buy from the publisher after pocketing £45+ for a key that died after 3 months is bad business.Prospective buyers: Notice HRK's public admission. If you buy from them, you are not getting a legitimate transferable retail product. If your PC needs a repair tomorrow, your £40–£50 purchase is dead tomorrow—and their official advice will simply be: "buy it from the publisher."

There are way better websites that i would recommend over this one. This is a pure hit or miss place where they sell you used keys and then support puts you in loop where they keep asking for either personal info or same info from wrong purchase with no resolution at sight. I highly recommend people avoid this website and use legit ones.

Bought the game and the key was provided within about 2 minutes, it went perfectly as expected.
Big problem, and the reason I won't be using this site again is that about 20 minutes after the initial payment, I was charged again for a slightly higher amount (28.73 vs 28.36) and then refunded for the original charge.
The amount isn't important, but it's the fact that I was sold a key for one price, then after I'd received and activated it they essentially charged me a higher price with no warning.
I've never experienced this with any other key seller and it's enough to put me off from ever using this one again, as I have no guarantee they won't do something like this with a larger amount of money on a future purchase.

Absolutely ridiculous experience for a €25 Netflix card.
Paid with my own Mastercard, but HRK put the order on hold and demanded a selfie with my government ID and a masked copy of my card just to verify a €25 purchase.
I cooperated and uploaded everything they requested. Then I received FOUR separate support tickets (#646422, #646423, #646429, #646430), all sending me the exact same verification request again.
Four tickets. Sensitive personal documents. All for a €25 Netflix card.
I understand fraud prevention, but this is completely excessive and the support process is a mess. I still expect a clear explanation of how my ID and selfie are stored, who can access them, and when they will be deleted.
Extremely frustrating and completely disproportionate. HRK needs to seriously improve this process.
Edit :
Order was eventually received and the code worked. However, the verification process was far too much hassle for a €25 purchase. Having to provide a selfie, ID and masked payment card was excessive and raised concerns about how my personal data is handled. Support did resolve the issue, but this should be much simpler for such a small purchase.
Update: HRK has responded to my review stating that the verification is necessary for fraud prevention. I understand the purpose of security checks, but this does not address my main concern: what happens to the sensitive verification documents I was required to provide, including my selfie and government ID. I have contacted HRK directly and requested clarification and deletion of these documents. I am currently waiting for a clear response.
