Communication communication communication . Never had a service as good
The person I spoke to to register was polite and helpful but spent a lot of time trying to sell me insurance which I didnt want. Actually registering my new appliance only took minutes but before that was done I had to undergo about 5 minutes of fairly hard sell, even questioning me when I answered no thankyou and asking me to explain my decision which I found quite rude. The chap was polite in fairness but very persistent and I suspect they have to do the whole spiel but I found it really tiresome and off putting. I think an older person or someone not to confident might indeed feel pressurised by this approach.
It was very difficult to log in with the plan number given to me.
It was not going through. I have to make direct calls severally before I could get the repair booking cancelled.

Abit of messing around getting numbers but otherwise straight forward
Had many phone calls from Hotpoint regarding my cooker. Spent time registering the product 2-3 times. Then would come the sales pitch of its only £3.88 to insure the product.
They wouldn’t let me pay it in one go which is pretty daft to me to be honest.
The delivery guys were on point. Kind and courteous gentleman.

I had a booked repair however, this has been rescheduled due to issues with service personal. my Biggest concern is that we as customer's are asked to provide all details of the faulty product we have. This includes details like make, model, date purchased and supplier. and what we believe the issue to be. but when the the appointment day comes, the operative, checks and then says I will order the parts. would it be cost effective to have some spare parts on the van, relevant to the item needing the repair
