Really good customer service
We recently bought an old bungalow requiring total modernisation. One of the largest projects was replacement windows, doors and a garage door. Horizon planned and quoted, delivered and installed all to a very high standard and excellent quality. All staff involved in the project were professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the result and have no faults or snagging - brilliant. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent business to deal with
Excellent business to deal with, first class service, from my initial enquiry to getting a price, they came back to me immediately with a quotation after visiting when they said they would, I was happy with the price, but more importantly, when they said they gave me a date for surveying the site & then doing the work, they turned up on time as advised & completed the job, the fitting guys were great and cleaned up any mess caused during the process. First Class

Friendly and efficient
This is a locally based company that along with two national companies I asked for a quotation for a replacement door. All the quotes were similar but I chose Horizon not only because they were local but their staff were so helpful, friendly and informative when compared to the nationals. I was given an installation date and my lovely new door was duly installed without any fuss or mess on time.
