We have used Horizon a number of times and always find them really helpful. Our windows look lovely and are really good quality. Ryan, who came to fit the windows, was very polite and friendly and respected our home. I would recommend Horizon to anyone.

Scott and Harry did a great job installing our new windows. They were polite, friendly and considerate. The job was completed well within the advised time frame, all rooms left clean and as they found it. Would recommend Horizon with confidence.

Sam and Ryan could not have been more helpful and hardworking. They were a pleasure to have in the house for nearly 2weeks. They did a fantastic job of all the window and doors. From site visit, quote to execution Horizon Home and improvement have been excellent. Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend highly.

We had French doors fitted by Malcolm he did a brilliant job from start to finish would highly recommend this company.

Amazingly quick service, super polite, really efficient across the board of everyonethat I dealt with. Not the cheapest, but I would definitely recommend this company. Scott and Harry, who came to install the windows were excellent representatives. Very kind and helpful.

I had a new composite door fitted by malcome. The process was a breeze from start to finish. Excellent job and beautifully finished inside and out. Excellent service

Aidan was brilliant in helping supply and fit our windows for our new build. The process was seamless and would highly recommend Horizon.

Worst window company ever. Avoid at all cost.
Check out Google to see my pictures. Yes, Horizon will tell you they fixed all the issues, but there shouldn’t have been any issues in the first place. Not to mention the fact that had it not rained so heavily during the build, we would never have found some of the problems until it was too late.Alarm bells went off on day one, we should have walked away from them then, but giving them the benefit of the doubt was the worst decision we made. Here goes with the summary of errors..
1. They didn’t secure the glass in the van and managed to smash the sliders ad the bifolds and some windows. New windows had to be reordered and whilst they tries to make the house watertight with plastic sheeting and boarding.
2. The frames were never screwed in, so ALL of the windows dropped in the middle. They had to be removed and resinstalled correctly.
3. The large sliders in the Kitchen leaked from day 1. They had to be re engineered on site and missing parts were identified and fitted later.
4. The windows that had been reinstalled were left in such a poor condition, they had to returned to clean them.
5. The quality of the silicone was so bad, I had to re do it myself, to make sure it was done right.
6.The upstairs sliders were installed straight onto plain wood, with loads of silicone to make them watertight. They leaked from day one and had to be removed so my builders could make sure they were reinstalled properly. There was supposed to be a fibreglass trough, but the windows were installed without it.
7. And just when we thought all the problems were over, no one noticed that some of the windows didn’t match, in the same room, we had windows, some with 4 squares and some with 6 squares, so they had to be reordered and replaced.
8. In summary, just about every window every door had to be repaired, replaced or readjusted, and the quality of workmanships was so bad, it may as well have been done by a toddler. So so Bad!
No apology, no reply to my emails to the managing director, and no price reduction! It’s not as if they were cheap windows. They simply don’t care Can stress how bad this was.
Like I say, the pictures say it all, but would you use a company that makes this many Errors. No you wouldn’t, so please ensure you dont.!

Despite the dire weather, they arrived on time and took a great deal of trouble in completing the job.

From start to finish the service was excellent. The process of ordering our new front door was straightforward, with a design options and detailed cost estimates provided by Aidan. Paul carried out the survey at our property and confirmed the design. Gary ordered and organised the installation, so everything ran smoothly on the agreed dates. Malcolm completed the fitting professionally and with great attention to detail. On completion we received the guarantee and product care details from Lauren. The new front door looks great.

Ryan & Coster did a great job fitting an internal glass divider and also a window. Their standard of workmanship was superb & they took pride in making sure that it was done properly. This was carried out with good humour throughout. A great team to have round to do the work. It finishes the house off perfectly!

We really can’t recommend Horizon enough - from Aidan’s initial visit through Paul surveying to Scott, Harry, Andy and Graham fitting the warm room and decking. It was a truly great experience both from a product perspective, but more important the helpful and professional service in the install - we had some challenges with an existing substandard conservatory that they removed and the guys sorted it without even telling us of any issues so we didn’t stress - just informing us what they’d done. Truly great team and company

I have had several jobs done this year and in past years with Horizon. I can’t fault them, the goods they provide and their excellent installers. Malcolm installed my new French doors today and, as always, I’m delighted with the finished result.

Ordered a new front door, which we are delighted with and replacement unit for one window. From ordering to delivery and fitting, there were no dramas, everything was easy and happened as it should. Really pleased with the quality products and seamless install. Will use again if we need anything else and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!
