Hard work to get the service I had paid for
Truly appalling service. I have a service contract on my alarm that promises a priority response engineer call out 'normally within 4 hours'. They did an annual service yesterday and I discovered after they had left the house that I was unable to set the system. I called the next morning to get someone to return to sort out the problem, and their response was "everyone's busy - we might have a slot in a few days time" - or I can pay extra for an 'out-of-hours' callout to solve a problem they caused!!! Clearly they are short-staffed and simply don't care about either providing good customer service company, or honoring their contract obligations.
Update: Following the above review they did send an engineer later the same day, who resolved the issue.

We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. We aim to provide a response within four hours, whether that’s through a support call or an engineer visit. During busy periods, we prioritise same day support calls, and if an engineer visit is required outside normal working hours, an out of hours callout can be arranged, though this does carry an additional charge.
Following your support call, it was clear that a visit was necessary, and this has now been scheduled. We hope this helps resolve the issue fully.
If you would like to discuss anything further, please don’t hesitate to give us a call, we’re always happy to assist however we can.

Great service from the whole team at Armour Security, from the minute I contacted them. Installation did take close to 3 weeks, but they were friendly and professional throughout. Many thanks to Steve and Mark for an efficient installation, checking that I was happy with the camera views/positioning, and explaining how to use the system and app.

We now feel completely safe in our home
I'm very happy I switched to Armour some ten years ago. The installation of the new system was smooth as have been the six-monthly service maintenance visits. The few problems we have had have been quickly resolved. The bottom line is that we always feel safe in our home...and it's a bonus that our long-term engineer Roy is so friendly and helpful, now accompanied by his excellent trainee Michael.

8 years of fantastic service
