Very bad customer service. Two things:
I asked to cancel my order on the same day thay I placed it and got an email back days later that it was too late to stop it. Then I asked for a discount on this order (I forgot to enter my discount code), but instead I got a reply on how to return it. Then I sent serveral emails again asking for the discount but no answer.
On another order that I did return, I did get confirmation that Hoodrich has received it, but I still keep getting reminders from Klarna about the payment for this returned item. And when I email them there is again no reply. Very tiring and frustrating!
The payment issue is solved now but such a shame that things are being done only after a review on trustpilot and not when you email their customer service! That is really not how it should work!

Both my self hubby and child have bought from you. The material is questionable as 4 months after receiving the full track suit.( thank you for that.i love my outfit but the material let me down within a few days I never complain i think the price i payed is too much to pay
Please don't take it i I'm down playing you product. I was disappointed that my son loves your product. I have the biege outfit per my son. Make the material more hard wearing to adults or children.x kids will wear there favourite outfit to show of.let me know if it worth me buying a outfit or coat for my boy,? Hubby, me,daughter and 13 yr would love to keep buying. Everyone loves the tracksuit.x

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the brand. I recently purchased a black Hoodrich tracksuit and hoody with shiny Hoodrich lettering across the front of the hoody .. I bought this from JD at the beginning of Jan 2025 worn and washed once to date at the correct temperature, and 3 of the letters are peeling off already..the bottoms are actually fine just the top.. now I didn’t expect that to happen with this brand as the quality of the fabric is actually very nice ..BUT… the craftsmanship….POOR.. very disappointing.

Me + 7 kiddos love the Hoodrich brand! Sadly, we purchased a TShirt in the Times Square Hoodrich store in October and after a few washes, a wear-tear has appeared in the left sleeve. I’d presumed that Hoodrich would be of much higher quality and I’m saddened to learn that this is not the case.

Ordered to T-shirts from the website was due for delivery on Tuesday via Royal Mail had a time when they were delivering it and ended up with a message sorry we couldn’t deliver your parcel as there wasn’t a door number on the address and ended up getting returned. Emailed out to hoodrich and since then have received no response and I want the products I ordered as I have paid through Klarna
Did an email on the 22nd and still no reply with the missing information. So gone to Klarna to sort the issue

I ordered motif hoodrich hoodie medium size and boxers but I received a pair of XL motif joggers inside a medium motif hoodie bag and no boxers, and on the website it's telling me when I try to initiate return for wrong item received that I will receive a refund of £55 because I sued a discount code and there's no option for not received for the boxers, I don't want a refund for receiving a pair of joggers instead of the hooded I ordered because the original price of the hoodie is £70 and they say they will only refund me £55 because I used discount, I just want the hoodie I ordered so can I exchange these joggers I received for the hoodie that I was actually meant to receive, order number HR306779,

After they shipped the package to my country SLOVENIA it got stopped by customs(in their website it says they will handle the customs fees… “ International customers now have all export duties and taxes covered by Hoodrich (with the exception of Canada and the US).

Order HR305244 has arrived when I was away for the weekend and parcel left on doorstep for 2 days by Royal Mail and no longer there. I have emailed the help@ email address with details of the order a few days ago and no response. The order is for a birthday present, I don’t want a refund but want the items. Can someone please respond to me so I can sort this out before I have a very upset birthday boy ?

My lettering on the hoodrich is already peeling and i only had it for a couple weeks. You would think that you would get good quality when you pay this much money for it but the quality is just so bad it is not worth the money.

I’m writing this review because I sent stuff back to Hoodrich and have post office prof that my order has been delivered back to them despite me sending them emails I have had nothing back from them as to when I will be receiving my full refund I do understand that it’s been holidays but iv sent this back awhile ago now so I feel this company isn’t honest and if you order from them and you need to return it you will not get any money back so iv paid for things I don’t even have now which is a total scam please avoid this company

Ordered a shirt for my nephew back in November and have received zero updates since. Reached out to inquire as to what was going on as Christmas was a approaching and have yet to hear back. If a product takes over a month to even ship out some notice or an update would have been nice before realizing he would not be getting his gift on Christmas (or maybe ever??)

I ordered a tracksuit only to receive 2 hoodies I’ve emailed and tried to contact Hoodrich no response so I then tried to reorder the bottoms as it was a Christmas present once again they sent another hoodie again tried to contact them and had to spend £6 to return the item as the returns website didn’t recognise my order number the other one I have not yet returned as I refuse to pay another £6 for there error absolute nightmare no response no nothing I normally always buy juicy couture tracksuits but I thought I would try Hoodrich but never again the customer service is absolutely disgusting

Ordered a hoodie and matching joggers for my son and it was delivered on Tuesday into a blue bin. Came home from work to find no parcel in the blue bin. This is a Christmas gift. I’ve now had to go get a different outfit from town. I’ve been trying to contact Hoodrich for 2 days and the number just does not ring out. I’m absolutely furious. Sent 2 emails and still no response.

I had a faulty bag it took them 2 weeks to reply back by email. Once they did they asked me to send it back to them and reorder another item. I have now paid for two backpacks but it’s been over 4 weeks and still no refund of faulty item. Total scam. You can’t call customer services only contact c a be made by email. So not trust this company. Service is poor slow and leads don’t waste you money here
