Incredibly disappointing shopping experience
The bras I received did not fit even though I ordered my normal size. Their sizing system is not standard and seems to run insanely small. Customer support is not great. Robots with corporate-speak phrases telling you they are sorry they cant do anything and that you should resolve the issue with your bank. My refund was issued in May and as of July the charges were still on my bill. After a morning on the phone with my credit card company I got the problem sorted out. Overall I would never shop here again.

Disappointing
I expected more from the bra that I purchased. I know it is very individual, but it doesn't do anything for my shape (my husband said "me"), and it is very heavy-hefty. I don't see why a size 36-A bra needs a three-hook wide strap in the back. It also pushes the skin into folds under the arms. All in all, I would not buy it again.

Excellent cudtomer service
Called customer service to better understand difference between Shapewear and talked to live knowledgeable agent. My son is getting married and this is my first experience with Shapewear. Suggest you consider posting a primer for new-to-Shapewear folks. I self taught but bought probably 20 different shapewear before understanding differences.

The website provides a lot of information. The sizing is a little confusing/frustrating. I wear a 36G. I have tried the sister size in a few bras and they do not fit. I hope you offer all of your bras in 36G in the future. The bras I have, I LOVE!!!

(Crossover Contour Bra) The bra is okay at first but it stretches after one wearing. Even if you wash it (following instructions) after each wear, it stretches out over the course of the day. I've never had a bra that lost its shape like this before. I bought three of them and would not buy them again.

Helpful customer service
I love the bras. I have a scar under and can't wear under wires and these bras lift without pain. Customer service is helpful. Sometimes the sizes are not the same format and they helped. Also my account email for VIP was a different one and they helped me figure it out. But too late for the sale I was trying for.
