I shop almost exclusively online for everything furniture, appliances, home decor, clothes and beauty products. Your website is not user friendly. I was unable to get the 15% discount to apply even though I received it via text and used the link. It kept indicating two products were ordered but I got only one. Order review was not easy. Product review was a little better than the checkout process. Product description was great. Hopefully I will love the bra. I am very loyal to specific brands that I like. Shipping and delivery speed is also important to me.

I felt a bit duped. I put in my email for the first purchase discount and then it asked for my phone number making it appear I needed to do both to get the discount. The texts would be too much. So I went ahead and bought the bra anyway, but then when I checked my email, it appears I could have gotten the discount,

I HATE Shop Pay in all ways. Honelove's feedback loop forcing Shop Pay is frustrating. The bras themselves are amazing, but the company does not sell all versions at department stores, so I am forced to order direct. This means using the dreaded Shop Pay, and all its ludicrous delays. Every single time I've ordered and been forced to use Shop Pay, it's minimum of a week before anything is even shipped out. I really needed one more bra and was desperate, but no matter how much I love the product, I will never ever order from Honeylove directly again. Honeylove: PLEASE STOP USING SHOP PAY.
An easy way to solve this issue for what are otherwise, great products, is to use a different payment platform on the direct Honeylove website, or even better: Include more of a selection at the few dept. stores that carry Honelove, such as Nordstrom. Easy peasy!

Not at all pleased. I love your products but do not appreciate being coerced into ordering items I did not intend to order. There was no way on your website to access a "chat bubble" and when I tried to access your contact page I got no response. Now I have to wait for 5 to 7 days to get a refund that took me 10 or 15 minutes after ordering to cancel. Not happy!

I hoped to order a bra in my size - now wearing 40AA and 40A with band extender - and wanted to try a 42. That is not yet available, but I pre-ordered and was charged for a delivery perhaps in September! So I don't know if it will be a good fit, and don't know when it will be delivered, but I had to pay in advance. Now receiving constant emails to order 40B, when 40 band is too tight!! Soma measures me as 38B, but band is MUCH too tight and cups are too LARGE. So gambling $$$ on a future "trial" delivery.....therefore only 3 stars.

Once I finished checking out, I noticed that I was charged $5.15 to “protect” my package! That is nonsense that a fee is automatically and not Obviously added when a customer checks out. That is deceptive & not appreciated

I was disappointed with my experience purchasing from Honeylove.
I bought a camisuit believing I was simply receiving a promotional discount. When I later tried to return the item because I no longer needed it, I discovered it had been classed as a "Final Sale" item and was therefore deemed non-returnable.
I do not recall seeing any clear indication before completing my purchase that the discount meant I was buying a Final Sale item with no return option. Had this been made obvious, I would have made a different decision.
If you're considering ordering from Honeylove, I would strongly recommend checking every part of the product page and checkout process to make absolutely sure your item isn't marked as Final Sale before you buy. If you're in the UK, it's also worth familiarising yourself with your consumer rights before placing an order.
I'm currently asking Honeylove to provide evidence that the Final Sale restriction was clearly disclosed before I completed my purchase. I hope they will review my case and resolve it fairly.

My friend recently bought one of your bra's and was impressed so I went online to have a look. I was feeling reluctant to spend so much on a bra but the process was so simple, in no time I had a bra on it's way to me! Haha 😄

I found the AI assistant more helpful than the live agent. I had a horrible time trying to check out and wasn’t getting any help. It was saying my home address was invalid and that was not true and I wasn’t able to use my credit and the live agent via email was telling me I don’t even have an account which again was not true. I was so frustrated and asked if someone could call which never happened. I tried again tonight and miraculously was able to checkout but not with the help of any of your agents.

I am so disappointed in these bras. I ended up getting the cloud embrace and while it is pretty where the straps attached to the bra, constantly twist and cause a bunch of chafing right at your arm and the cups do not let your boobs look good. The only other wireless option has removable pads that are easy to punch up and very difficult to straighten out. I fully regret my purchase.

The shape wear I bought was not going to fit me. The material would have been too difficult for me to pull up. Never saw , before purchasing this item that I could not return it for a refund. This is unacceptable. I want to return this because I will never wear it. I need to talk to someone at Honeylove.

Your website sent a discount codeto my phone. Your website said it was an invalid code. I had multiple codes sent to my phone and multiple attempt each code. None worked.
