I bought a table runner and placemats. The placemats are beautiful but I was missing the table runner. I was reimbursed for the runner because I wanted to keep the placemats. They took a few days to respond but the follow up was great and I am very satisfied.
I ordered a dinnerware set and I went to cancel the order within the time frame it allowed. No response back by email, phone numbers are disconnected, google earth shows it as an automotive garage. No product was delivered and no money refunded.
Is there a way to give a zero? I don't think this is anything other than a middle man buying items from other companies and adding a fee. They don't respond to emails, their 2 published phone number are disconnected and they don't answer their 24/7 chat. I ordered a 35 in towel bar for $45 dollars. I was sent a 30 inch towel bar that came directly from amazon with a receipt in the box for $28. I can't get any response from them to return this. DON'T order from this company.
