My helpful and kind chat with Samuel

I chatted with Samuel. He was kind, helpful and patient. I had unexpectedly arrived at the Samsung page after filling out my debit card info to make a purchase that I now believe was a scam. Samuel advised me to block my card to prevent fraud from the scammers. He assured me that his site does not engage in the kind of online shopping that I just experienced. He told me what they offer on their site and offered 15 euros to use for my first purchase. Then he said that after our lengthy chat re the scammer that somehow sent me to the Samsung Kitchen Shopping site,he would increase it to 20 euros, which is $29.58 in Canadian dollars, as a told him that I am a Canadian. That was very kind of him. I will certainly look forward to getting their offers and sale information.

WARNING/UPDATE: This company, if it even exists, charged a false second purchase, rather than send me the $29 credit for my first purchase from the website. I have no idea what they claim I purchased, but l blocked my debit card and picked up a new one to ensure it stops. My bank will now investigate both charges because I can see that the whole thing was a scam. They linked me to the chat page and to Trust Pilot where I wrote this review. They also used euros not dollars when talking about money.I will delete this review as soon S Trust Pilot responds to my report and tells me how. For now, I give you this ammendment and state that I do not recommend this company, if it even exists. These scammers were smooth and made everything look legit. I doubt that they have anything to do with Samsung and are just using the name for the Trust factor. Beware!

This kitchenshop.club is a thief

This webshop is a thief, a liar, and an internet scammer.
He convinces me through Shein to buy a €2 gift pack, registers on his site without me giving anything and then 3 days later deducts another €48.
Then, if you don't cancel in time, after 14 days, another €48 will be deducted for you to be a member of a group where "in principle" it offers you cheaper access to household appliances and machines. According to the general terms and conditions, the products may arrive without warranty.
When you want to cancel your "membership" ahead of time, it tries to deduct more money from your card.
This is a Cypriot Fraudulent Thief Gang. I hope that C.P.C. of the Republic of Cyprus. already knows about it and will take the appropriate steps to liquidate the company.
