Would give zero stars if could they took £39 and I didn't get my order. Sent countless emails and not one answer it's a scam do not buy

Never sent item, can't get intouch with them , what a rubbish scamming company

If I could give 0 stars, I would . ordered a pair of pants. Waist was way too tight. All I wanted to do was get the next size up. But no response, now I'm stuck with with them. I wish I had looked at this before.I bought them. Should have known better. I had looked at them for months and just decided I really wanted them. Impossible to return.
No replies. Please people read this don't do it

Never got my order. Took $70 of my money and my bag is stuck in transit because the postage was not paid. I tried calling the post office and I can not locate my product. I have contact the company by email 4x already with no response back. I paid extra to have this shipped to me by priority mail and it has now been 2 weeks now. Pissed off to the max because this company is just taking peoples money and soliciting false advertisement.

everything went wrong. SCAM. By the time you click to purchase one bag because you are targetted with ads, a second bag adds up. Their customer service is a joke show. " they cant do anything". They dont have " returns service" on their website. WOW- speaks volume. Dont BUY. This is GARBAGE

Ordered one of these bags and it NEVER ARRIVED. They keep insisting they are investigating, but I am now convinced they SCAMMED my money. This is so utterly upsetting. Like others have mentioned, now there’s no trace of the company on Instagram. To trust pilot: is there a consumer protection body in the UK or Europe where I could write to report this scam and maybe try to recover the money?
They really should be hold to account!

SCAM!! Saw this Obsidian sling purse on Instagram, purchased it but never received it even though I received an email saying it was delivered. Now there is NO trace of this company or this bag on Instagram.
Same experience as some of the others- they sent an email saying it arrived but it never did. There is no phone number to call and I sent an email but haven't received a response. I wish I had read these reviews before buying.

Ordered the Obsidian Sling Bag. Took a long time to arrive, but it did arrive and I was able to track it .. unlike some of the reviews here.
However as soon as I opened it, stitching started to come apart. The bottom where you can put a water bottle has a giant hole in it - so completely unusable.
The quality in general is pure crap, ESPECIALLY for the price!!!!!
I agree with other reviews that said “typical Made in China” type product. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Typical Made in China stuff. Photos don’t match the product, takes over 2 months to arrive. When you point out that the product doesn’t match the product promised in the description and photo on their site then they tell you to mail it back on your own dime and you may have a refund. Of course, you’re shipping it out of country so you lose most your money on shipping. My product didn’t function as promised due to short cuts in sewing that made the organizational bag a totally open bag without organization options. Literally cannot function as promised.

I ordered an Obsidian bag from Empiria Activewear. The tracker stated my item was delivered 10/1 but it was not. I reached out via email to have them address this or give me the delivery details (the deliver tracker has zero details of the shipper or proof of delivery.) The company has not contacted me back and there is no phone number. SCAM

Same as all the others. Scam with insane shipping times, product not as described and no way to return.

Terrible experience. I placed an order two months ago and haven’t received it yet. The company is not replying to my messages, money lost. DON’T EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

DREADFUL! DO NOT BUY!! If I could give it less than a star I would. Product is nothing like the pictures, terrible quality, it smells awful. I tried to send it back from UK to Canada and they want me to pay postage, even though it's nothing like the product I ordered.

Should of researched alot more before buying. Fraudsters - after taking 3 weeks for my order to come - half of the order was missing. They told me to contact them before leaving a bad review - I have contacted 4 times now and nothing!!!

Fraudsters - should have read TP before ordering!! Exactly the same as all the reviews about the makeup bag! Yet they say contact us before leaving a bad review! I have contacted them twice now and like everyone else - had no reply!

Ordered what appeared a cute makeup bag but ended up being cheap and unappealing. I tried to return it and once again I’ve been duped because I didn’t extensively check their return policy. Essentially they don’t accept returns unless it’s damaged.

Premium Everything Cosmetic Bag purchased on the 30 Jan. I bought this cosmetic bag thinking it had all these compartments but it actually doesn't, the dividers are not joined to the base so everything would just slide through. I have written to Empiria 3 times requesting information on how I can return for a refund but clearly they do not wish to respond as nothing has landed in my inbox.

Super very late to respond (required follow-ups to get actual response) and when you do get one, it's not helpful.

Product arrived a month after purchase (shipping showed 3-5 days in cart).

I will also add that their shipment tracking is a joke.

To add insult, when the product did actually arrive, it was cheapo quality (and also smelled really weird???).

Highly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere.

Poor information - probably on purpose. When you order you’re given the processing time (5days) but no info on shipping. You just assume they are the same. I checked 5 days later, not only had it not been processed but I then found out shipping times were insane but there was no way to cancel the order. My order is finally ‘ready’ - it’s been nearly 2 weeks, but still no tracking. No idea if it will ever arrive or how on earth I’ll get a refund if it doesn’t. But definitely won’t arrive in time for my holiday - should have bought something similar elsewhere.
