Easy to contact host and gain access. House was well presented and the pool area excellent. Very good value for money for our large family gathering.

A Beautifu Farm House with 4 large double or twin beds - ideal for up to eight people. A large well laid out dinning room and lounge and ideal for smaller childred an enclosed garden. The Games Room is very well equiped and just right if have time for table-tennis, table football or darts and loads of other games for youngesters. The BBQ building is amazing and should be tried if you have the time, it can be used at any time is very comfortable and has great mood lighting. A great place to stay.

Our holiday experience was very good as the accommodation was ideal for our needs. The village is ideally situated with a nearby very decent pub/restaurant and a well-stocked local shop. The booking of our holiday was well handled (which doesn't always happen) and we are looking to book with this company for next year's holiday.

I've never had a bad experience in many years of booking holiday cottages.

The Nestled property was well equipped with everything from loo rolls to olive oil from hairdryer to hot/cold fans and very clean.
Jack (the owner) was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
The pub just up the road is not very welcoming though … prominent signage reading “PLEASE COULD GUESTS OF NESTLED PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS PUB” just in case you were planning on relying on going there.

The house we rented was not a true representation of the website. It was in a terrible state, was not cheap, in fact expensive, very very disappointing. We left our holiday early to come home. Let’s hope holiday cottages step up and speak to us about this. We have a list of issues and photos too.

The website worked well, no hassles, which is what you want and gave us the holiday accommodation we were looking for.

We loved this house. It had everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside space had plenty of seating. The beds were super comfortable and bedrooms nicely decorated. We loved all the attention to detail with the decor. It made it feel like a home.

The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful, private garden for relaxing in. A great location for walking into Wells and for exploring the surrounding area. The owners were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Spire View.

Property exceeded our expectations and was a perfect fit for 3 couples and one 6 year old. It really is a lovely property with a massive garden and private drive for 3/4 vehicles. Unfortunately holidaycottages did not fulfill our request to have the smaller double bedroom set up with a king bed but left it as two singles which meant we had to change it around ourselves and then didn’t have the right duvet and sheets etc. This did not spoil our trip however and was just a little annoying.

Easy to book and great availability of properties. I contacted the customer services couple of times and they were always supportive and friendly. The property I selected was great value, in a great location, very clean. I gave one star only because the boiler wasn't working but hey, I did not contact anyone to sort it and decide to survive like that.

Was easy to book. I was kept updated via email, with all details of our stay, regularly in the weeks leading up to our stay. Accommodation was exceptional, with all the details we could possibly need in a folder, inside. We were surprised by how well stocked the accommodation was with equipment we would need for our stay.
Will definitely book again.
