Great communication :)

Easy to book online, good range of properties. They emailed clear instructions 2 weeks prior to holiday with contact numbers, which we did need to use halfway through the holiday, but the issue with uncleared bins was resolved promptly. Will definitely use again.

Everything about this property was excellent. Perfect cottage for 2 to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Northumbrian countryside.

No issues at all. Everything was very easy to manage and to organise and work through the website.

Fasdagh cottage is a basic accommodation on a good location for exploring the western Highlands.

We are a family of 8 with 3 generations we all really enjoyed our weeks stay at Ingle Hill especially the large games room . Perfect for family fun.There was plenty of room for us all . The house is beautiful and everything is tastefully done to a very high standard , views are amazing and lots of beautiful countryside and places to visit on its doorstep…Mandy(the owner) was so kind and helpful too …. We would definitely recommend and love to re visit sometime ….The Eaton family

Arriving from a 5 hour journey to only find a gem of a cottage lovingly presented.
We beamed with pure joy, knowing we could finally rest in comfort, surrounded by heavenly sceneries.

Hot shower and fluffy towels 😍. Cracking fire place and Cozy beds 🛌🏽🧸. Fabulous location.

Fantastic fixtures and fittings both internally and externally with the hot tub and external cold shower well used during our visit. 5 star glamping is advertised and it certainly is.

Great location, beautiful lodge and surroundings. Everything to hand, so much to see and chilled home from home experience. Loved the lidge and Lincoln.

Me and my 2 daughters spent a few days at The Windmill Granary. The cottage is beautifully done, clean and very cosy. The welcome pack was a great bonus for us. The place is beautiful, I recommend it to everyone who is looking for peace and beautiful places around. Thank you very much to the owners for making us feel pampered and of course to the chickens for welcoming us every day :)

Loved everything. Great area and accommodation.

What a place! In such a lovely location, so quiet and away from the rest of the world. Everything there is as described on the listing and better. Matt and Shenda both lovely too and couldnt do enough for us. Very helpful too with making plans around the local area. Would definitely return!

Our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would not use Holiday Cottages again for a future holiday reservation.

The property, The Glass House, was advertised as luxurious, yet on arrival it was poorly presented and not as clean as we would reasonably expect. What was equally disappointing was the way our concerns were handled through the complaint process. In our view, the issues were not given the importance they deserved, nor did we feel that the response properly reflected the experience we had.

Overall, we were very disappointed with both the property and the way our complaint was dealt with. We certainly would not book through Holiday Cottages again

We have used holdaycottages a few times now , always has plenty of choice and is easy to see availability.
Booking is straight forward and we have never had any problems.

We booked and fully paid for a week's stay at Kilchattan Church on the Isle of Bute. Three weeks before our party of eight people were due to arrive, we were told the reservation was cancelled by the owner for unspecified "personal reasons". Holiday cottages offered us other properties instead, but they were not as attractive as Kilchattan church. Our money was promptly repaid. Luckily, despite the short notice, we found another property on a different holiday site just as attractive and at a similar price. However, it was not on the isle of Bute and so we had to get a ferry over every day at significant extra expense. Requests for reimbursement have so far been met with no reply by Holiday Cottages.
