A Pleasure to Deal With
From the beginning of my booking journey Arya was a delight to deal with. She has a very friendly attitude which made me feel comfortable. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and when she said she would contact me at a certain time, she did. I had no waiting or wondering what was happening.

Shane at Holiday bay helped as arrange a multi trip to Thailand for our son.
He listened and understood everything we required and was sensitive around our concerns as this is a first time solo trip.
Shane was patient and offered various options for the trip.
Communication was great, the cost of the trip was great value for money and I will absolutely be coming back to Shane and Holiday bay for future holidays.
I often just book package holidays on line with little interaction but the support and guidance from Shane made this experience so much better.
